Review 1：Our non-smoking room was close to the smoking rooms. The hallway reeked and, of course, the smoky smell filtered into our room. We set the room HVC to run the fan continuously and this seemed to remedy the problem.

Review 2：Room was really nice. King bed was very comfortable. Loved that the room had an extra large shower stall. Having a small refrigerator and a microwave was a nice perk.

Review 3：Dec. 24, they had a total of 8 rooms booked. Common sense would be to spread them out since the hotel has approx. 80 rooms. No the stick you all together so you can be woke up at 2am and listen to the fools party, etc. Idiots.

Review 4：Though there was continental breakfast, the sausage was very greasy and it would have been nice to have a fruit bowl at least once a week.

Review 8：The breakfast was not good. We travel a bit and the hotel reminded us of others we know of that are declining. Smells in the halls, wear on halls and rooms, and a feeling that the property is just getting by day to day.

Review 9：Great location just off the main road near shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review 10：A stained Pack-n-Play was available rather than a crib. Our room didn't receive housekeeping while we were away from the hotel. There is carpeted wall base running along the walls in the bathrooms, even behind the toilet. I would imagine that it's difficult to keep clean in this location; unsanitary.

Review 11：The young lady with the short hair and glasses working the night shift was quite nice. After discovering that housekeeping had not services our room, she apologized and offered to bring clean towels. When she arrived, she was gracious enough to also remove our trash, which included a dirty diaper. I appauld her professionalism! The hot breakfast was a nice perk.

Review 12：It did not effect the quality of my rest, but the finishes (paint, trim, etc.) and color choices were rather depressing and not done in a way to show pride in workmanship.

Review 15：I have to say this has been one of the best hotel experiences for me. When i checked in, i checked in with a Jessica. She was the sweetest person I have ever met. She made me feel extremely comfortable and made sure my room was perfect. Thanks Jessica :). Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Review 16：Broken ice maker, broken side entry door, remodeling trash by side of building, and FOOD WAS TERRIBLE. Seems as though place was managed for cash flow and not for enjoyable stay by guests. Corporate head office should take corrective action

Review 17：We stayed in 104. There was a broken light in the shower. Had to run hot water for a good bit as it was rusty. Quite a few chipped prices of wood and fixtures.

Review 18：Decor was freshly updated. New paint and bedding. Everything was clean and cozy. Check in and out was a breeze. The complimentary continental breakfast was nice. Very simple and clean. We would stay there again.

Review 19：Weird shower unit. Shower door let water through to bathroom floor. Looked like a silo in the bedroom area. Weird room lay out in general. I understand the compactness needed for the area but the sink unit was weird and nail holes were not covered with the new paint. Weird frame area around back of TV like mirror or artwork had been there so they slapped burlap on the wall.

Review 21：There was a baby in the office by the front desk that cried constantly and was asking repeatedly for her mama during check in and for the first part of our stay. When I asked about it, the front desk worker assured me her mother was with her. I could here the child crying fur the next several hours.. ugh

Review 23：We believe there was an A/C or cooling system in the hallway close to the door of our room. The cold, strong air pushed our door slightly open. Also the hotel on the pictures looks brighter and "warmer" inside but in reality it is darker and cooler-brown/black furniture and decor.

Review 64：Breakfast was not good, one morning no milk or coffee. One day our room was not cleaned and I had to mention it to staff. The equipment did not work in exercise room. Even though I specifically asked at check-in that my credit card not be used as we were paying in cash, a paid invoice was slipped under our door the morning we were checking out and they had charged against our card, which I then had to have removed.

Alarm clock wasn't cleared/shut off by housekeeping staff and awakened us at 4:30am on Saturday. 2. the shower floor is a disgraceful mess, the flooring peeled such that it looks dirty no matter the cleaning staff 3. the price for the basic room was high considering that a room's price is set for the level of accoutrements, not just what the market will bear. I'm disappointed in the chain that I use when I travel. 4. the room's lighting above the bedhead was half out of service 5. the TV has no channel guide, neither on the cable service nor printed in the room - which renders search for programs impossible? Hello? 6. the corners of the wall are dirty/old/nicked, needing either paint or wallpaper. 7. Our room sat right next to the ice machine outside our door and the elevator. We were not asked in advance if that would be OK. Teams for a college frisbee tournament were staying in the facility. Guess who was awakened at 2:30 am when one of the female teams came screaming through and into the room next to us where that continued for another half-hour? And the ice machine was in continuous use from 6:30 am because they were filling their coolers to head out for competition for the day. Need I say any more? We'd sure love it if you let us know what changes you are going to implement and when as well as do something for us to adjust for the expense we went to and the lack of satisfaction we sustained. We have family in Rockford that we visit regularly. We'd like to know that the Sleep Inn is a viable option in the future - which it no longer is at this time.

Review 71：The lobby was under renovation with dust, chemicals, a mess....a verynasty experience to walk in to! I should have known what a mess the sitewas with with all the construction! This site was not safe.
