Review 3：pool is not heated so we couldn't use it. the kids were really looking forward to swimming during our stay. also there is no Jacuzzi.

Review 5：The room could have been cleaner upon check-in. Bed wasn't that comfortable (for either of us) for something that was relatively new. Price was competitive for the area, but there are cheaper, comparable places to stay within a 15-minute drive.

Review 9：Staff were not overly welcoming or friendly. The bed was rock hard with springs popping every time you switched positions due to the lack of comfort. Pool was very small and not even open. Nothing offered for breakfast such as a piece of fresh fruit or cereal. No iron or ironing tables or steamers, no blow dryer... Only one mirror in the bathroom. This place didn't even have the basics.

Review 11：When we asked to print insurance form for my boyfriend who got sick and needed to go to hospital, the staff at the desk refused saying "it was not her computer" and suggested we go to a printing store 10 miles away!!!

Review 15：Cockroaches in room, toilet didn't flush, I told the staff the next morning they said it would be taken care of. We came back in evening and was told all was taken care of , toilet repaired and they sprayed for bugs. That night my son killed more cockroaches and noticed dried blood on wall in bathroom.

Review 17：Bed not comfy, tv turned itself off while we were watching. 10pm Late check-in had to be through side door in room with ice machine which is SUPER loud, could not hear staff through bullet proof window. staff that checked us in seemed confused: first did not put in correct room number into our keycard, so it didnt work and I went back to clear it up and she re-iterated the room number to me which I confirmed. Then 20mins later she calls the room to ask if we are in the right room, which she had said all along from the beginning and had written on our receipt. But the next day I noticed the cc # on the receipt was not ours! She had given us the wrong receipt so who knows what was going on in her head. Anyway this was the cheapest option for our short one night stay, we checked in late and left early. But in terms of value for money, wouldnt stay more than one night.

Review 52：The wi-fi was touted as "high speed," but the reality was less than stellar. Since we were only spending one night, it wasn't a deal breaker.
Review 53：The rooms were recently remodeled so everything was new. The beds were comfortable. The design and furnishings were fresh and modern. The rooms even had a separate closet to place luggage. There was also a lovely lawn surrounding the pool area which was perfect for the kids to work out some energy from the drive.
