Review 2：THE WHOLE STAFF TREATED SO NICE AND VERY HELPFUL(FINDING OUR WAY AROUND THE AREA). WE WENT TO THE RESORT FOR OUR ANNIVERSARY. WHEN WE WALKED IN THE ROOM THEY HAD CANDLES ,CANDY AND A BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE WAITING FOR US!

Review 3：Beautiful property, quiet, peaceful, relaxing; LOVED the lake, outdoor pool, kayaks, nightly campfire and music!! We did not want another busy, overwhelming, crowded waterpark experience and this was an absolutely perfect alternative!!

Review 4：Only stayed for a night but i love that we could take kayaks out on lake delton for free and that they had a fire pit we could use had a lot of neat little things too.

Review 5：My only issue was connecting to WiFi, but I was here to enjoy time with family so I really should not complain to much about this. But we wanted to share videos and pictures on our reunion Facebook site for the families that could not make it. But I can do that from home. Our room was not ready for check in at 3:00, it was closer to 4:00 before we got in, but we visited family in their rooms until we were called that it was ready.

Review 6：Our room was neat and clean and the staff left us a welcome note with their names. Easy check in. Pools and hot tub were fantastic temperature (it rained the entire time we were here, but we enjoyed the outdoor pool anyway). We had reserved the Canyon Room for our family reunion which was absolutely perfect, the fireplace kept us cozy on the porch once the sun went down. This was our second year here for our Reunion and we already know we will be back for the next one!

Review 7：Our TV and WiFi didn't work for a day-and-a-half, we had a broken lamp, and one of the employees at the front desk wasn't all that pleasant or helpful when I told her about the problems we experienced..

Review 9：A bit startled to see and then hear the german shepherd down the hallway...but his bark was only heard a couple of times during the afternoon. Not a peep from him while sleeping.

Review 11：I loved the view of the lake from our balcony. It was so nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning on the balcony and enjoy the view. The staff was very friendly. I definitely would recommend this resort. It is great for adults and kids.

Review 14：We come in on county road A. We drove right past the intersection of A and canyon rd because your sign was not very easy to see at night.A little night would helped find canyon rd a lot easier. The stool ran all night and your heater was a bit loud.

Review 17：Indoor pool area had a tiled floor that was very slippery. There was a large ramp going down to the pool area that was extremely slippery and dangerous for small children excited to go swimming.

Review 19：The room attendant failed to vacuum the carpet, replace the sugar, cream and soap daily. The biggest complaint is no computer Wi-Fi access in the room. You can get Wi-Fi on your phone but not on the computer.

Review 20：The peace and quite. Beach right outside your door. Really nice outside pool and chairs, Fire Pit area at night, being able to cook on the grill located outside each room and yet being so close to the Dells - like a 10-15 min drive. Oh and the bed was very nice to sleep on - got a lot of much needed sleep.

Review 56：I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff, quick check in, our room was updated and spotless, we had the pool, hot tub and sauna to ourselves for a few hours during our stay. We had a beautiful view of the lake and want to go back in the Summer to enjoy the outside pool, lake, grills, playground and bonfire pit. I have already told all of my friends and family about this great hotel.

Review 57：Office closed at 10 pm. No one available on premises for question or help. Did not reopen until 8 am. Definitely not a good sign.
