Review 1：I thing that manager is not owner, just employee... not really taking care of this place, it is pitty because location is really great. still u can stay there, just don't expect too much... view is worth to it:)

If I had known, I would have brought supplies. I was under the impression that it would be stocked like an efficiency. MY BAD.. To be honest, I would not have put anything in the cabinets. eww
Review 9：view and being so close to the beach. Bed was ok, but I would never have made a week on it. Also the manager was very accomodating in regards to the ice. (gave us the bag) no machine on site. The balcony was nice and the beach was better than Cocoa.

Review 11：The Owners are very pleasant to deal with and will help you with anything you need. Keep in mind it is an older Motel but for the price and direct access to the beach it is awesome. If I return I would stay again if for anything the great personality of the staff. All the other guest seemed very pleased as well.

Review 13：After searching up and down the coast, this little spot was the best price for an on-ocean room. Our room was real clean and less than 100ft from the water. The motel itself is walking distance to anything you could need and a short drive to bigger things like Publix or Walmart. The area is busy enough to be fun but nowhere near overcrowded like all the big beaches. We loved the hotel and the room and the location.

Review 17：This little place is sitting on the beach and it has a lot of charm, it would be a great place for a quiet couple getaway or family/friend get together. It was super relaxing being able to hear the waves from your room.
Review 18：Organisation was sloppy, given alternative accomodation to what we booked and only had us booked for three instead of four nights but in fairness this was resolved adequately. Had a full kitchen which was a priority because of dietary needs but lacked many essentials which when pointed out was addressed immediately. Felt this should have been realised before arrival. Bath badly stained and the place generally needed some tlc but we made the best of it and enjoyed our time.

In my 5 weeks of traveling throughout Florida, this hotel was my favorite! Staff was great and so accommodating. Location was excellent. Location could not be better. Beach and park are literally touching the property, food is close, and the bridge to Melbourne is the first light out of the driveway. I'd pay twice the price to stay here and wouldn't take a high-rise hotel room over one here if you paid me.
Review 64：This is the original Good Deal. We were on the beach with a balcony for under $100 a night. Hotel is next to a park, 1 block from Starbucks, and 2 blocks from many restaurants. Hotel is clean and well decorated.

Absolutely no privacy on the balcony that ismainly used by others guests as a smoking place. Besides the view on thesea from the room there was nothing of interest. Review 87：It is a older motel so it does need a few upgrades. The shower head needed replacement, the drain was also slow. The mattress was comfy however, it was to big for the frame as one side was hanging. All in all, it was a good value for the location.

They gave us a small electric heater thatdidn't work, the fuses kept blowing so our lights would go out andthen there would be no hot water. I would not recommend this place toanyone. We were down for a family emergency and really didn't havethe time to look for another place or we wold have. I hate giving such abad review but this place really needs some help.
