Review 1：The only complaint I had was someone trying to get in our room, shaking the door handle and kicking at the door. Found out that hotel was full of handicap people there for special olympic's who probably got the wrong room. So I really understood that.

Review 2：The room was a good size room, very comfortable.

Review 3：Just needed a bed for the night as we checked in at 1 a.m. and checked out at 8 a.m. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, but the front desk people were great!

Review 30：When I arrived the police were in the lobby. Apparently this'motel' has weekly rates and they have 'residents'. Thepolice had to evict a resident due to their kids putting liquid into thegas tank of a truck that belonged to another resident. The residentswere loud and drinking in the hallways past 1 am. Called the office butnothing was done. Bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows were likecardboard. No shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. Just awful!

Review 31：There was no coffee pot in the room( we had our own with us) and the tv didn't have the best picture/ we had stayed at another motel in this price range in Michigan that has flat screen tvs with good picture quality. The breakfast was disappointing.

Review 33：As we were checking in a resident came in hollering at the attendant that there were bed bugs. We took a chance anyhow because it was late and we were too tired to look for another hotel. Neither of us slept well thinking about bugs.....

Review 34：Although not the fault of the Motel, there was roadworks outside that were noisy at night but that was just the timing of my visit. The shower was weak and I reported it, it was fixed straight away.

Review 35：Stayed here for 6 nights in July. Rooms were clean and the towels were replaced regularly, a/c unit was quiet, bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was good enough. Overall one of the best budget Motels I've stayed in.

Review 36：Chose this motel on the basis of other reviews and was disappointed. No "fluffy towels" and sheets did not fit the bed. "Shabby chic" with emphasis on "shabby".

Review 37：The lobby was very inviting. And I think the owners are trying to bring back a "classic motel'' which has to be difficult judging by all the new chains we drove by. Hopefully they can "class it up" a bit more.

There was no kitchenette just the same fridge and microwave as they had. So why was I paying extra? It doesn't matter now since many others attenting our convention were also unhappy and we will not be returning to Rockford.

The bell rang three times and then she said in a loud and sarcastic voice YEH YEH I heard the bell! She was very rude and snippy with me and ordered me what to present and do. The next morning she was at the desk when I checked out and acted the same. I informed her that if I were her boss I would fire her on the spot. She said :whatever"! Terrible customer service.please let me know if they fire her and I will stay again on my business travels.
