Review 1：The floors were filthy, we had to ask for hangers since none were in the room, had to ask for additional towels since there weren't even enough for one person never mind the group we'd booked for the room. The "breakfast" was more like cheap over processed snack food and orange punch, though they did have hot water for tea.
Review 2：the bed linens seemed clean, there was a pull-out couch and the room was a decent size. It was close to the main street and within walking distance of the convention centre.
Review 3：There were no locks on the inside of the room door, the pool was always locked when I was there, the management was not very pleasant and didn't seem to understand what I wanted and then I couldn't understand what he was saying either and had to repeat myself there was no dresser to put my clothes away only a desk, It did not look like what it did on the internet, if I had seen a picture of what it really looked like I would not have stayed there even for the one night i should have stayed at a Super 6 or 8 and it would have been much better. I did not see breakfast, only coffee and maybe a donut. I had been offered an upgrade, if I had not had the upgrade, I don't want to think about what the initial room was like.

Review 6：I stayed at this hotel for visiting Sequoia National Park. The front desk was very kind, friendly, and helpful.
Review 7：The bathroom was dirty. The corridors outside our room and in front of the ice machine were very dirty. We always choose a hotel with breakfast over one without breakfast because we loose less time for visiting but this was no breakfast, you can't call milk, juice and coffee breakfast! and only from 7:30-8:30, after that only coffee!!

Review 15：Ugly room. No decor whatsoever. The twin bed was poorly made with no comforter. The room smelled and we were provided only 2 bath towels and 1 face cloth for 3 people.

Room smelledawful and the area was so bad that I pushed the desk up against the doorfor the entire night. *Also* In the morning I found faded signs that arehidden around stating that the building contains cancer causingmaterials!!!!!

The phone line did not even work and I asked for extra towels and the owner kind of got upset and then said he would have housekeeping bring them to the room and they never did. I waited for towels and they came banging on the door right at checkout time telling us we need to go like it was the police. Very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't of been so late if they would of brought towels.

Review 45：Due to the poor quality of the amenities I will not stay at this hotel again. The room was not ready, I had to follow the staff around just to get towels and they were thin and so scratchy it was terrible. The parking almost non existent. I had to park on the street to feel that my car would not get damaged in some way.

Review 59：Low quality, there were bugs in the bath. We were disgusted to sleep in the bed as the sheets were not that clean and had a specific smell. The location was not that bad as it was in a nice town: Visalia, which is about 1 hour from Sequoia National Park. We did not even try the breakfast as we were not told about it at check-in and on the next morning we were told it is 7:30 till 8:30 a.m. when we went to check out at 9:30.

Sure could of used it to send pics. Stayed about 5 hrs, & checked out. Afraid to ask for a new room, when obviously the staff thought is was a proper room to rent, not sure what everything else looked like. Would pay to see management staff overnight in room 230 during these hot days...:( they did have air set to low before our check in, it still stunk & felt like a sauna.
