Review 1:Bathroom door lock was broken, shower mechanism was broken, top latch lock on hotel door broken. Wanted to call front desk but there was nothing written down anywhere on how to call the front desk. No refrigerator or microwave. Dirty floors.

Review 3:The beds were rock hard. There were stIns on the towels, the bedding and the curtains. It gave the place a feeling of being dorty.

Review 8:the 1st room we got was blowing Cold air. it's 25 degrees outside it was freezing, asked for help and waited on maintenance for 35 minutes. Asked for another room, ended up with 2 double beds (we had a King) so we ended up having to sleep separate on our Anniversary. :( A lot of Noise and Traffic all night due to the Bar that's at hotel.

Review 10:Did not like the fact that i politely told housekeeper did not need nothing room was fine i left she went in. Then laundry room locks at 11 did not know that put clothes to wash and went down to put in dryer... door was locked called front desk said it would be open at 730 am and i woke up at 7 called they said it was gonna be unlocked at 730 740 came still locked ny sons clothes for school were in there i told them and i had to call back again and probably took 10 min to open .Then i got ready to pay another night accused me of night paying day before when i did pay asked if i had receipt well never got it. So clerk Oz asked if i wanted to look in room when i threw in trash i gave to housekeeper went to room got my stuff to check out went back to Oz still saying i didnt pay they were gonna review cameras took a veey long time so i left i called back said it was reviewed and confirmed it was paid was ahown on camera and that i could go get deposit so i asked if i left my ID he says no again OZ So when i go 2 get deposit says i was still checked in gave me hard time getting it back and lady says oh and i have your ID. Finally got both bout 7 pm

Review 12:It started at check-in and hasn't ended yet. I had well in advance reservations from booking.com. I showed two front desk clerks my printed reservation, they checked a computer at the desk with no results. One clerk said they sometimes have trouble finding reservations on their computer if the reservation wasn't made directly with them. So, he went to another office to try and get me checked in. 10-15 minutes later, I got my key. I'm 70 years old, traveled in my USAF career for 25+ years and this is the worst room I've ever had. Lights beside the headboard, bulbs burned out. Floor lamp beside upholstered chair burned out bulb. Shortage of outlets so removed the microwave plug from a multi-tap to charge my phone and found the microwave ground had been cut off. Coffee pot didn't work. There was no room escape diagram on the room side of the door. Free breakfast had a sign saying something to the effect, due to chicken flu, eggs weren't available on the breakfast buffet, BUT you could have eggs if purchased separately! I could go on but I'm tired of typing and you're tired of reading. However, I stated my reservation hasn't ended yet. About five days after I left the motel, booking.com sent me an email stating I'd failed to keep my reservation, not stayed at the motel and they had charged my credit card. I advised them I'd stayed exactly as my reservation stated. Booking.com said they'd research the situation and get back to me. It's been about 7 weeks and nothing heard from booking.com.

Review 20:My key did not work. It took staff 20 min to acknowledge me through theline to correct the key incident on top of an an animal piss smell. Thensomeone was supposed to walk me to my room and I waited another 15min.When I got to my room, there was 1 vent that cycled through smoke filledair into my vacant room, so much that I needed a fan immediately. Roomwas outdated from the 80s with cigarette burns on the tables. A lockeddoor that could access the room next door if needed (creepy) I gatheredmenus from the lobby and was looking them over before I decided tofinally check out the bathroom. When I flipped on the light there was abedbug on my shower curtain!!! I immediately called the lobby anddemanded a manager. She offered another room, in which I declined. Whywould I want another bedbug infested room?? She said she would sendsomeone up to "CONFIRM the FINDINGS" as if it may have beensomething else (and if it were it, I assume, would forfeit the refund).The maintenance man confirmed it was a bedbug and basically said ithadn't been there long because it "SQUISHED easily andwasn't FAT" which meant it hadn't fed recently. The managercould not give my cash back since I paid with a card. And the refundwould not go back on my card until tuesday since this was new yrs eve.So hopefully it goes back on with no issues. Please don't wasteyou're money on this establishment. The website pics are sodeceiving and look nothing like this facility.

Review 22:The room smelled like cigarettes and mold. The room paint was peeling. Carpet smelly, restroom walls dirty, rusty and moldy. Ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart and moldy. The bed cover was stained and had cigarette burns.This hotel was advertised as a 3 star hotel and it's a 1/2 star MOTEL!!!!!

Review 30:The continental breakfast was horrible. Nice waiter but the food was horrible. The room was damp, could have been due to the indoor pool but just saying. The website said it would have a flat screen tv and premium channels but it had neither and old old square tv broken remote and basic cable. There was also supposed to be a couch provided in the King bed room but there were only two horrible mismatched chairs on opposite sides of the room with a huge empty space in the middle of the room. Mini fridge didn't work either.

I reserved a double smoking and ended up staying in an extremely nasty room! I am not happy. I will never stay there again nor would I ever recommend this hotel to anyone! Stay Away!

Review 43:Building stunk. I am a smoker but I couldn't even stand the smell. Moved to a non smoking room. It stunk too. Bedspread had burnt spots in it. Tv could only watch certain channels. Battery almost dead in remote and had no numbers to change channel. Lamp next to bed didn't even have a light bulb in it.... Could not find a parking by my room because the clubs were open in the hotel. They had told me there were parking spots at the end of the bldg around the corner. It was dark and I was by myself. Very creepy. But in the morning there were empty parking spots everywhere. Would NOT recommend or stay there again... You get what you pay for I guess...

The cable was ripped out of the wall,the curtain was broken and the room air made loud noise. Review 56:Nothing about my stay was enjoyable. I was completely dissatisfied with my stay. The rooms were nasty. The bathtubs and toilets were gross. I went to get ice and there was mold in the ice bucket.

They offered continental breakfast but it was lousy so, even though it was included, we ended up going to Denny's the second morning of our stay.

Left and then returned at 3:15pm was told room was still not ready. It would be another 30mins. So we left again and returned an hour later. Was told that they didn't have the room we reserved and was trying to put us in a double. Told no we had reservations. Finally got into our king single room. Found a dirty used towel in bathroom, wet toilet paper roll under toilet. Was not informed that you had to get breakfast before 9am. The waitress in the Brandywine Dining room was very rude. We walked in 5mins after 9 and was told we couldn't eat. So we did not receive the free breakfast. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 79:I was told no deposit when booking this room upon arrival I was charged a deposit this was very misleading I spoke with management and even showed the advertisement that says no deposit I was told that she could do nothing about it which makes no sense to me normally management is capable of handling those types of issues. The Bombay club had a black man who was harassing all the customers and was completely drunk the woman bartender aloud him to act like that and even let him step behind the bar and make self at home. Their also seemed to be several prostitutes around the hotel while some people might appreciate that I didn't.

Review 85:I was very disappointed that I booked a double queen and it was a double standard size bed. Also, the supposed hot breakfast buffet was two per room. So we had to pay for the two extra people. The buffet was less than appealing, and you were greeted by a sign telling you to eat everything you take or get charged for extra food left on your plate. I was glad they didn't charge me for all the fat I didn't eat from the ham. Also, it was coffee or water. Extra for orange juice for the kiddo, and when I asked for cream and sugar, was given two packets of sugar for two people and a small amount of milk. The pools were closed and it says on their website they had three pools, but there was no access to two of them. I guess the cheap rate was reflected in the overall experience.
Review 86:That we reserved a king room to then get put in a double room instead which smelt of smoke. The lobby staff appeared unconcerned and didn't even offer an apology.

Review 108:When I arrived the room was ready had no trouble checking in got to the room the AC didn't work both lights next to the bed didn't work one of the wasn't even plugged in so I go back to the front desk and get another room. I finally get to sleep around 11:00 pm and at 12:00 am someone slams the door and wakes me up then at 1:00 am I had a kid or someone running around on the floor above me it was after 2:00 am that I was able to get back to sleep and I had to get up at 5:30 well that didn't happen. When I went to check out they didn't even ask me how my stay was. Would I stay here again NO would I refer this motel to somebody else NO there are 5 other motels next to this one that I would stay at. OH then I checked my bank statement and they charged me another 25 dollars for some fee that is supposed to come off that they were supposed to tell me when I checked in now I have to check my statement to make sure that it comes off.
Review 109:We told our youth group they would have free breakfast. The first morning the youth leader and his wife went down for breakfast and a roach was crawling across the back of a chair. We called for maintenance to unstop a toilet on Thursday afternoon. My husband had to finally go to the office and ask for a plunger on Friday night before we got someone to come up to the room. The guy was very nice and friendly, but I think there is a disconnect somewhere from asking for help at the front desk and actually getting the job done. We had 5 rooms in a row on the second floor and every room was different. First room was fine, second room had ants, third and fourth rooms were fine, last room one of the mattresses had the whole side out of it.
Review 110:The price. We were originally booked in another hotel that "lost" our reservation. By staying at the Biltmore we saved about $700. Staff at the front desk were very friendly.

The lights flickered in the room and when we got to the beds one of the blankets had a red smear all over it, I can only imagine what it could have been. The staff is kind overall, but this place needs to be renovated for sure. But hey, I guess you get what you pay for. Even then, this is definitely a roach motel.
Review 119:The breakfast offered was not edible. The waitress said the concession was contracted out and the hotel would not cover the cost of perishables such as eggs and fruits. So, all that was offered was fatty/grisly chunks of ham, watery white gravy (supposedly sausage gravy), greasy hash browns and cold pre-made biscuits. Might be better is no breakfast offered.

Review 123:Building entrances are open to anybody making it not safe, because anybody can walk in. Our first room had a cat's pee smelled. We were moved and the second one smelled better however still didn't smell clean. I guess pets are welcome here as we saw two different people walking their dogs. Even though we were in the non smoking section, we could still detect cigarette smell in the hallways, and even in our room. This room had no towels whatsoever. We checked in at around 5PM and called front desk 3 times before walking to the office. Finally got towels at about 7PM from another room. Only to find a hand towel somewhat damp on one side. We could also hear the woman next door screaming. There was no fridge and no microwave in the room either.

Review 132:Even though it was a non-smoking room, the hotel wreaked of smoke entirely. We found a bug under the counter in our bathroom and it seemed the facilities as a whole hadn't been updated in 30+ years. Only spent $50 for the night, so we probably got what we paid for, but maybe the best thing for them to do would be to level the hotel and start over.
Review 133:The breakfast that was served was of a poor quality. The eggs were barely defrosted. The dining room was filthy.

Review 135:The wifi was extremely slow. The room was so out of date from the pictures that I was very disappointed. The site asked what time the hotel would be expecting my husband and I. I said around 9am to 10am when I got there I couldn't check in. I honestly didn't care for the staff, they weren't any of help at all. The breakfast was extremely horrible and when I was done eating my husband found a cockroach on the table. Not enough parking where our room was. The first night we stayed there we were up till about 4 in the morning, because people were running down the halls slamming doors and yelling. My advice dont stay there, I will never stay there again.
Review 136:The pools,hot tub, and the price was about all we liked.
Review 137:Wifi only worked some of the time, breakfast was very bad- eggs were mushy and the gravy was runny! Hotel was semi clean!
