Review 1：The room has a terrible moldy smell in the closet as if something wet was left in it. They did offer to move us to another room.
Review 2：The beachfront view was great. Easy access to the beach. And the pool was very clean and nice. The staff also was kind and helpful.

It was late night, next morning when we checked out the Front Desk employee said that was her fault, she transferred wrong info, we didn't get any money back

Review 22：One of the staff (maintenance) walks around chain smoking everywhere while the other staff keeps it to an area behind the hotel. He's about 35 and will probably be dead in 10 years, so I guess the problem will fix itself.

Review 25：When we drove into the parking lot at Tuckaway I was disappointed because from the outside it doesn't look great. But that was the only time that I had a doubt about the place. The staff are extremely professional, the rooms are neat and tidy, they offer great bbq facilities and the location is superb. On the beach! It has that real beach holiday charm that you don't find with your regular hotels. Loved it!

Review 43：There are awesome ocean views from every room. Some are full front, while others are side views. The beach is a gorgeous stretch of sand with dunes of Sea Grapes and Sea Oats. The rooms have everything you need and are well maintained.

Review 92：LOVE that Tuckaway Shores has become a tradition for our BFF reunions. We come from England, Maine, Orlando and meet at your lovely escape on the sea! Love that it is steps to the ocean and seconds to the poolside. Plus you offer the cleaning station for fishermen and a lovely rec room for "hanging out" together when it's too hot outside. And the special Tuckaway Shores ladies lip balm/tshirts are added treasures to keep us longing for next time!
Review 93：The view was amazing! Our room faced the ocean so I could go out each morning sit on the balcony and have breakfast. The housekeeping staff was very helpful. The hotel was quiet even with there being a number of young children staying in the hotel.

Pool directly in frontof rooms, beach in back - can't complain about that!The staff was so helpful - I mentioned that I was traveling with a baby and they had a playpen set up in the room when we arrived. We also arrive two hours before check-in but they had our room ready. There was a grill poolside and a "cabana room" that allowed you to change, use restroom, and get out of the sun and into the AC for a while. It had a big table so a family could eat if they needed the extra room
Review 101：The staff's attitude towards their customers was appauling to saythe least. Rooms were infested with Silver Fish and beatles. Ourreservations were changed with out our knowledge inspite being made twoand a half months in advance. We were forced to change upstair roomsinconveniently even though they knew my wife is dissabled!!! We werenever given our discounts as promised either and were lied tocontinuously. In fact my Wife was called a liar by the staff when sheapproached them about the bug infestation, while other customers weretold they were seasonal bugs by the same staff MEMBERS!!!Rooms are waytoo expensive to have to walk up and down stairs let alone sleep withbugs dropping from the ceiling.Every customer there that weekend wasranting and raving about the same problems. . Everyone was comparing theprices they were quoted to what they were actually charged. .People wereyelling and cursing at the staff continuously. . made for a veryunpleasant atmosphere. . ridiculous! At the Tuckaway, "the customeris never right."

In addition, it would be nice to have the room stocked with extra blankets, etc. We had kids staying on the pullout and there were no extra linens for them other than what was already on the pullout.
