Review 1：Lack of written and oral communication in English. Tired room decor. Poor quality (bedroom) mattresses. Lack of insect deterrents around the resort (particularly against mosquitoes in the many outdoor seating areas). Extra charge for in-room safe to store valuables. Visible 'winding down' of services, venues & customer service due to the end of the season (ie. restaurants packed down and changed without notice; pool slides closed with no notice or explanation; less dining options due to smaller venue etc.). This property shows plenty of potential but we expect that it is being patronised well during the peak season to not warrant or incentivise any major changes by the management and staff.

Review 2：Wide selection of food at meal times. Cleanliness and layout of beach and pools. Layout of indoor and outdoor dining options. Help yourself all inclusive setup. Reserving of beach and pool chairs is not allowed. Overall we enjoyed our end of season stay at this property however feel that perhaps the value for money would be better mid season and the resort should be offering better room rates each end of the main Summer season. The water temperatures (pool, beach) were dropping daily so we presume there is no water heating/ cooling devices in service. The main issue of the lack of English communication by the staff (as well as in much of the written literature on property) has been mentioned by many on this site, and is very prevalent when inquiring about children's activities daily, reporting a service issue, searching for lost property and generally in the customer service ethic. The property is definitely marketed at the Russian/ German segment and customer service reflects this - staff take a while to overcome their default monotone and ease into a joyful, playful level of service which most English speaking nationalities expect. It's the old adage I guess, you receive what you put in and it was nice to see the gradual thaw in the staff as we shared daily greetings and they got to know our little Australian family over our six day stay. Special mentions go to the head porter who was always ready with a hospitable smile, along with the fellow at the main pool drinks area who employed a personalised daily greeting and a nationality specific joke.

Review 3：Staff ( with 2-3 exceptions) did not speak even elementary level of English. All inclusive - only local spirit alternatives were available ( local gin and Turkish vodka) no branded drinks were included ( they were extra - approx10$ per 50ml!) Problem solving occasions - staff were not interested due to language barrier or general attitude. Wifi was advertised as good & free everywhere within hotel territory - it was free but never worked! Safe in the room - we had to pay 3$ per day to use it, usually this service is free. Hotel hasn't been renovated for many years, bathroom areas are very old, air con in the room was not operating properly. I wouldn't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Review 4：We liked the sea and the sun. Food was good enough if you are there within the first 30-60 minutes, after that variety was not maintained.
