Review 1：The bed next to the air conditioner was very damp couldn't sleep in it. The floor in front of the air conditioner was soak n wet.I called the front desk about the toliet too.when you flushed it,the water level would rise all the way to the top,almost running over. The lady at the front desk came up and used a plunger.but that didn't work.we had to pack up and go to another room.that was totally inconvenient! I

Review 2：I like the fact that it was welcoming.the staff was helpful.breakfast was plentiful and the area was very clean.

Review 3：I did not like the day clerks that were on duty, you ask them a question they did not look up or answer the question.

Review 4：I like the shower door. Stepping into the shower was easy. Pretty good choice of tv stations. Very quiet. The swimming pool area was clean. The male night clerk was very friendly, helpful, had a nice smile was ready to answer any questions.

Review 5：Although room advertised as 100% smoke free, someone had smoked in the room previously. Housekeeping had sprayed an enormous amount of air freshener to try to cover the smell.

Review 6：Breakfast could've had more to offer. On a strict diet and would've loved to see something like fruit other than apples and maybe some eggs or somethjng.

Review 8：The room was very small. The faucet on the bathroom sink was not long enough and some water would always pond on the counter. The shower door would not shut tightly and water would leak on the floor. The maids do not make up the beds for you.

Review 10：The value just wasn't there. The rooms were a bit small but fine overall. The breakfast and facilities were good, but the rate just does not match the quality of this place.

Review 13：The key was a constant problem. We had to have it updated at least 3 times a day, every day that we were there .... upwards of 10 times. Couldn't get into the building, couldn't get into the room. Had to schlep back and forth all the time.

Review 15：Breakfast staff asked me to leave the table I was sitting at, even though it was clean and I was only drinking a cup of coffee while reading the paper. The pool was too small for the number of guests trying to use it, and the parking lot could use more trees to shade the pool and cars.

Review 17：Rooms, breakfast area and pool were slightly smaller than some hotels; we spend a lot of time at the hotel and had a great time; it was fine for our family of four for a one night stay.

Review 18：Hospitable staff, clean room! Great location for convenience to I-40 and restaurants. Easy to find, plenty of parking. Jason's Deli and Olive Garden are an easy walk, Carrabba's and Elizabeth's pizza is just a short drive.

Review 22：The cleaning staff. Came at 4:30 one day. Did not come at all another day and the third day showed up. Did not make the bed and did not leave coffee. Never cleaned the coffee pot at all. The free wifi had major problems. Finally got it my last day. The staff said they were gettin a new server

Review 23：The beds and pillows were so great. Slept longer than I have in years. The shower was a total surprise. Put the pulse on and all the travel tension disappeared immediately. Office staff was very polite and welcoming. Not overly friendly though. And my best part was the breakfast when Ruth was there. She is the Most friendly and personable person I have ever met The breakfast area was cleaned and filled with food. Was there on Memorial Day weekend and the continental breakfast was filled to the max. To make the waffles go smoothly she made the waffles herself and made sure the tables were cleaned and the other breakfast items were filled. I say she is their diamond in the place

Review 24：The breakfast is continental, but the sausage biscuit I had was outstanding as were the packaged hard boiled eggs. All the workout equipment in the "exercise room" was broken. All of it. But this is almost expected with most hotels I've been to. It does look pretty in the room.

Review 25：Very friendly and helpful staff. Very pleasing and coordinating room décor, although room was a bit smaller that what I was use to and no bath, but for me that didn't matter as much. The bed, very comfortable. TV nice with good picture and a remote that worked like it was suppose to. I liked the small closet with hangers, iron. Also a dresser. Perfect room for a couple that wants quality on a budget.

Review 26：Called ahead to see when my room would be ready. Was told 12:30pm. Got there at 1pm and the room wasn't ready. Staff would not accept responsibility for the error. Blamed housekeepers. Very annoying and unprofessional attitudes.

Review 28：I traveled with another person, their room had a broken air conditioner the entire weekend. Both our rooms had difficulty with the room keys...they RARELY worked properly, so that we had to get new ones made several times. The "fitness center", was 4 machines-a bowflex, an eliptical, a treadmill and a bike, the treadmill and eliptical were broken and had been broken. their coffee was the worst I have ever had at a motel. At least get us some good coffee if the keys dont work. Also the room had 1 full or queen bed, which I had no idea until I walked in the room. I thought I was getting 2 beds.

Review 30：This hotel is very accessible by car to the interstate and the centre of Wilmington . It is friendly, clean, comfortable and just right for a stopover between Williamsburg and Charleston.

Review 32：I was greeted by the most friendliest agents at the front desk. Southern hospitality at it's finest. All of my questions were answered, they even offered to assist me with getting to the mall by calling a cab for me. The breakfast was delicious and the kitchen area super clean. My room was nice and clean and cozy. Will definitely stay there every time I'm in Wilmington.

Review 33：The maid did not make my bed even though I was out of the room all morning. Came back at 12:10pm to take a shower. Left room at 12:50pm. Maid knocked and I said I would be leaving in 5 minutes (12:50). She was at my door when I left yet did not make the bed!?!?! The shower head sprayed about half the amount it should have. I did tell the staff at checkout. Hopefully they changed it. The stairway carpet is not vacuumed regularly. I was there for 4 days and it did not look vacuumed the entire time. Not a deal breaker but...can't give a better rating!

Review 34：The front desk staff person Pamela was very nice and accommodating. The heat/cooling system worked well by responding quickly to any adjustrments. The room was clean and bed comfortable.

Review 35：The maid did not make my bed. I think she did not understand that even though I put the sign not to change the sheets that doesn't mean not to make the bed.

Review 36：For a period in late afternoon... airplanes were flying over motel....very noisy--sounded like motel windows were open. Then after a while, guess landing pattern changed, cause the planes stopped flying over. Also had issues w/loose electrical outlet over vanity sink.

She did not suggest we check online for a room. There were no non-smoking rooms available, the room smelt more like cheap old man cologne than cigarettes.
