Review 1：Windows can't be open even when humidity is relatively low. Would like to hear some ocean sound and bid of fresh air. Maybe just for couple hrs when humidity is low.

Review 3：Great location, reminded us of classic old Florida motels. We also felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Very clean, having the owners onsite is great, they are incredibly accommodating. We already have a reservation for our next trip to Melbourne.
Review 4：Steps away from the beach. Plastic beach chairs from the hotel can be brought to the beach. Awesome view of the ocean from every room. We had an end unit closest to the beach #5. Very nice having a small kitchen including toaster, coffee pot, tea kettle and small table with 2 chairs. Very clean and in a central location. Best value around. So glad we chose this hotel instead of one of the larger hotels-no need to go down 3 flights of stairs to get to the sand-just walk out your door to a beautiful quiet beach with awesome sunrises!!! Would stay here again.
Review 5：Bathroom had zero power outlets, bring a 25 foot extension cord. No tub, better like to shower. 2 body, 2 hand and 2 wash towels. Needs at least 4 body towels. Refrigerator was small, had to remove the top shelf to place a gallon of milk in it.
Review 6：The beach is close by. The sitting area was comfortable and had 40" tv with cable. Bed was comfortable and had ample pillows. Shower always had warm water. Kitchen had coffee maker and filters, no coffee. Cups, glasses, bowls,plates and other kitchen items were present. Beach chairs were provided.
Review 7：refrigerator was too small, had to buy small amounts of grocery`s everyday, and bought an ice cooler to store drinks.

Review 20：Booking.com will let you reserve one room for 4 adults but be aware the rooms only have one queen bed and one futon-sofa. The bathroom is accessed directly from the bedroom. The futon-sofa bed is very small for two adults.

Review 24：This is steps away from the sand, the surf, and the sunrise. Just love the sea turtles coming on shore--don't disturb them! Plenty to do in town for entertainment, but I was content to relax on the beach after a visit to the zoo. Plenty of amenities nearby.
Review 25：We loved that it was not like hotel chains. You walk out of your front door and you can see the ocean. It was very quiet and the beach was quiet also. There were times where we would be the only ones on the beach! It made it easier to relax while my small child played in the sand. The room was very clean! The kitchen was stocked with utensils and everything you would need. It is all taken care of by the owners who are extremely friendly! It was very private for a wonderful family vacation and everyone we met said the same thing! We plan on going back next year when we vacation!
Review 26：The days we stayed the surf was pretty rough. But that is Mother Nature. The hotel itself, no complaints at all.

Review 31：I liked the price and I liked the fact that I could go out the door and walk directly to the beach. The property was clean with kitchen dishes available for use and both bed and hide-a-bed were very comfortable. The owners were friendly and accommodating.

Although this property is not fancy at all, it offers everything you need for a relaxing and hassle free stay on a beautiful beachfront location. The owners were wonderful, friendly and accommodating folks. The other guests were also a pleasure. Come and go as you please, we had all the privacy in the world. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay, especially if you prefer small, privately run accommodations. Truly a pleasure and will visit again.
Review 44：Accommodation very mediocre - so much could be done to make this an outstanding venue, but hasn't. No tea and coffee which as international travelers not carrying supplies made things awkward as had to go out every time for coffee.

Review 51：Location, this is a wonderful quiet beachfront location. It gives us the option of providing our own meals and relaxing. Christine and her husband are delightful and keep up this old property well. Bed was comfortable. This is an old property which is both the charm and limitation. The flat screen television with cable and wi-fi worked well. We will gladly return.
