Review 1：No in room coffee, but it's always hot and available in the office. There's also a Starbucks across the street, so not really an issue for me.

Review 4：Clean rooms. Our housekeeping staff came in everyday and folded our personal blankets and put on clean linens, supplied towels everyday. Never had to ask for anything! We stayed for 7 days waiting for our condo to be ready.

Review 13：I think this accomodation is fair, not excelent but reasonable. We stayed 3 nights, it was good, but the breakfast is quite poor. You have to take it to your room, there is no breakfast room. It looks like this place is mainly used by workers.

Review 20：Gentleman at the desk was very kind when I checked in. He was aware that I was here to bury my father. Told me next time to contact them directly and he could give me a better rate. However, when I needed to add days to my visit, the gentleman who helped me who was a different man, gave me a price per day that was slightly higher than what I had already purchased online.

Review 25：The female that works in the morning when you get breakfast in the office is rude and makes you feel stupid if you ask a question. There was not anything offered to drink accept coffee. when we asked if there was any kind of juice or water she replied, "NO" and looked at us like we were being greedy and was anything but nice.
Review 26：The gentleman when I checked in was extremely nice and helpful. The beds and pillows are very soft and feel soft. The location is great! The maids are so friendly and helpful and they actually gave us a urgent care package. Inside was a microwave popcorn and oreos. I though this was so caring, funny, and nice.
Review 27：I am a member of ABVI which allows for a late check-out. This location had a check-out time of 11am. I requested a check-out time of 12 and was told that would not be a problem. At 11:05 the maid was knocking on my door inquiring as to when I was leaving. This was somewhat aggravating.
Review 28：I liked the availability of early check-in. My room was ready at 2. The hotel provided a surprise bag with microwave popcorn and a single pack of Oreo cookies. I thought that was a nice touch.
Review 29：Walked in with reservation, was immediately told they didn't have a room for me. Showed them my booking reserved with credit card. They said to take it up with booking.com where it booked through as they don't rent to minors. I am not a minor, I am 21 and showed ID to prove it. Ultimately they "allowed" me to stay. Horrible customer service.

Review 97：This motel is right off of I-75 and easy to get to. It's beside a McDonald's and a Cracker Barrel so you can stay by the motel if you don't want to drive around to go eat. There is a fridge and microwave in each room, which is extremely convenient, and a small breakfast bar in the office. I would grab a bowl and a packet of oatmeal before I went to bed so I could have breakfast in bed in the morning! The rooms are modern and very clean, and for the price, I was shocked at the quality. I'll definitely be staying here again if I am in the area.

Review 100：Room was supposed to be nonsmoking - it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Parking is impossible after everybody parks their big trucks everywhere. As a single female I was very uncomfortable having to walk in the dark far away from my room after parking. Commode did not flush. I called once but it still did not work properly. Not what I expect from a hotel with a 8.5 rating.

I went to the front desk and explained all this, and the woman was rude and would not admit anything wrong on her end. I work midnights and being woken up at noon is like being woken up at midnight. Have stayed here many time and could overlook the broken sinks, broken showers, and broken toilets. I could ignore front desk people who bring in yap dogs that bark at me the whole time I'm checking in (in the office). But poor customer service and playing ignorance is my last straw. This last stay is just that. My last stay.

Review 130：My wife and I recently spent a week here while visiting some relatives. Our room on the bottom floor was clean and comfortable and the wi-fi was strong and fast. We streamed programs from our laptop, viewing them on the room's television. The breakfast was danish, yogurt, coffee, and juice. Adequate and convenient for a quick bite in the morning before heading out, considering the multitude of eateries in close (walking) proximity. The motel is in a good location off the highway and centrally located to destinations in all directions. The staff was friendly and considerate.
