Review 1：The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. When visiting this area again I will stay here. Would recommend this hotel. We only eat breakfast one morning. It beats other hotel breakys

Review 2：There were ladybugs flying around the room, crawling on the walls, some on the bed, I called before we arrived to make sure the pool was heated and in working order, there was piles of dirt in the bottom, leaves,and was ice cold, this was my birthday to go swimming and a hot tub which had dirty foamy scum floating in it, I was upset, the shower in the bathrooms floor was very, very slick, I don't know what that was from, felt like oil, the manager gave me a free night but I don't know when I would go back to the place we were, the only thing good was the bed, it was nice

Review 10：My wife and I have stayed at the Drury Inn in O'Fallon before and we have always been pleased with the service and the facility. However, on our most recent stay on July 10-13 2015, we were somewhat disappointed. My wife and I are tall and we were given a handicapped room. When we checked in, we were never told that the room was for handicapped persons. We are not handicapped and did we request a room that would accommodate a person with any type of handicap. When we went back to the front desk to ask why we were put into a handicap room, we were told it was because we booked online and not directly through Drury Inn. Even when we booked online, we did not request a handicap room. I believe when we checked in we should have at least been told that the room was for persons with a handicap, and asked if it would be a problem for us since we did not request this type of room. As I stated before, we were very inconvenienced because I am over 6' and my wife is 5' 81/2" tall. Finally, I hated the fact that we were in a room that could have been needed by someone that was handicapped.

Review 11：The staff was very interested that every part of our stay was enjoyable, from the front counter staff to the evening reception staff to the morning manager, a young lady who came through the breakfast area, checking on us, offering more of whatever and clearing our dirty dishes. Though the hotel was full, we never felt like a number.

Review 18：The complimentary am and pm buffet meals, drinks, and popcorn were good. The suite had a door between the sleeping area and sitting area. Each area had its own TV. The bathroom was between the two, so if someone was sleeping on the pull out sofa, no one had to walk through someone else's sleeping area. Perfect set up! Hotel was quiet, we did not hear any other guests at night.It was close enough to St. Louis without being too close.

Review 20：Easy access and close to several restaurants. Much easier than staying in St Louis. Hotel is extremely clean & staff is very friendly. The free breakfast is wonderful. Our kids enjoyed the pool that is half indoor & half outdoor. Very neat to get to swim outside in December! My husband and I have stayed here twice in the past month and have been more than pleased with our experience!

Review 59：When we arrived on Friday, one elevator was not working. We left on Sunday and the elevator was still not fixed. It was faster to climb the stairs then to wait for the one elevator. I know everyone of the families that traveled with us stayed in the hotel felt the same way. With the hotel being packed, it would have been worth it to call someone and fix the elevator right away. It was a big downfall of the stay.
