Review 1：The Parking was great to start with, the Desk clerk, the cleanness of the Room the Jacuzzi Hot Tub, the Room rate, the View all was awesome. Thanks for having me.
Review 2：The room had a few issues nothing major just a new things that could use some maintenance. I was located on the 9th floor and the elevator was being inspected so I had to go up and down all those flights of stairs and that was not pleasant.

After arriving at 3:30 am had to wait 30 minutes before the overnight came and opened the door to check me in. Again. Managee could care less, "he could have been assisting another room."

Review 30：The one king bedroom efficiency unit was perfect for the four of us. Even the pull-out couch was comfortable for our two 18 year old girls. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and appliances including an oven. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We needed a "basket" for the coffee maker and the housekeeper got us a totally new coffee maker, along with an extra blanket which we asked for. I asked the woman at the front desk if she had an iPad2 charger that I could borrow since I had forgotten mine, and she brought out an assortment of chargers that included the charger I needed. She let me take it to my room for the morning, and then when I checked out, she offered to continue charging my iPad while I went to the beach.

Review 47：The place is a little dated, and the WiFi was spotty. The man at the front desk on Friday night when we checked in made it seeme as though we, and every other customer was a burden for him. Besides that, the rest of the staff was great during our stay. The indoor pool was FILTHY with brown dirt floating around on the bottom, and the Jacuzzi tub and floor outside of the tub in our room was dirty.
Review 48：The balcony over the beach and the nice kitchen facilities. The bed was comfortable and the location was excellent. The staff after the first night were wonderful. I liked how all of the kitchen items were wrapped for cleanliness.
Review 49：The hair dryer was dirty with hair and hair stuff, the comforter was stained, there was only 1 elevator for the entire hotel, the parking garage was hard to maneuver in and the 33rd Street Café was just ok, not worth the cost of food
Review 50：Loved watching the sunrise from my balcony, the beach being right out the back door of the hotel, the hotel provided a few beach items such as chairs and boogie boards, the little kitchen in the room was nice, the kitchen towels and soap were provided and the fridge was clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, we had our "Do not Disturb" sign on the door, and housekeeping called to make sure we were ok and didn't need anything. There was a great Italian restaurant across the street, within walking distance of several great stores.

We woke late a few times and they came back when it was convenient for us! There were beach chairs, sand toys & mats available for free to use on the beach! Had free bike rental for us to use! Movie rentals! The room was very clean! We had a full kitchen with everything wrapped and sealed! Laundry on site! We had a great stay at this resort and would definitely recommend to anyone with a family!!
Review 60：A little out dated. For the money per night could use some new tile in bathroom. Need more pillows for queen size bed. Also, every hotel I have been in has complimentary things, example: shampoo, body wash, coffee. None at Four Sails. Everything costs extra.

Review 91：Feces was smeared on toilet, didn't notice it until I sat down in the jacuzzi, there was a leaky faucet in the kitchen, and when were leaving we needed to pack the car with our luggage... a man was pressure washing the parking deck flooding the ground with water and by the time we were done packing up the car he'd stopped the machine and left the machine in the way... another guest (maybe?) was also in the parking deck and moved the equipment out of the way for us to be able to leave. Unfortunately, with all the amenities, there still was a lot left to be desired and I don't think this will be a choice for lodging for us again when we visit Virginia Beach, which is often.

Review 106：We upgraded to a king suite. All of the queen suites are end units with the bedroom on the city side and the living room on the ocean side. We wanted all ocean views! It was an easy upgrade and the front desk was very helpful making the change! They had fun activities each day! The balcony was super large and the views were beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glasses, pots, pans, baking dishes, salt & pepper shakers (full), dish soap, cutting board, etc....everything we needed to enjoy our stay without having to eat out. Of course we had to supply the food. The pool was great, the staff was friendly, we will definitely be going back again!
Review 107：Bed and especially pillows were awful. Pillows were like old foam bricks. There was a musty smell from the bedroom closet. Exterior and common areas are WAY overdue for renovation.

Review 121：From the beginning of my stay, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The maid insured our room was immaculate on a daily basis and we truly had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was in walking distance and the room/apartment (It was!!) was comfortable in every way.

Review 142：We had difficulty parking our conversion van in the garage due to its height. There were some spaces marked for large vehicles but they were occupied by small cars. The manager told us we were welcome to park in the staff parking lot. My husband and I had difficulty sleeping and had back aches in the morning. The pillows were worn out and the pillowcases were dirty or stained. I enjoyed sitting on the bar stools but they were hazardous for the little ones who climbed up and fell off them several times. The balcony and the crib were concerning because of the distance between the bars. I may have been overly cautious with my grandchildren (2-years and 4-years old) but it appeared that the little one could fall through if he turned sideways. Shortly after placing the little one in the crib he got his knee/leg caught between the bars. I moved him to my bed and put the 4-year old in the crib because she knew to keep arms and legs out of the bars.
Review 143：We had an excellent view from our room on the fifth floor. We were able to view the ocean, see part of the Christmas lights on the boardwalk, and a stones throw from the play set. There is a table on wheels that slides under the desk that is convenient for extra eating or playing space for young children. We were able to cook all our meals at the room because the kitchen was so well stocked. The bar stools were perfect height for the counter and comfortable to sit on and watch out the patio window. All the staff were very polite and accommodating.
