Review 1：The beds were too hard and I had a hard time sleeping. The building was set too far back and was difficult to find the driveway in.

Review 12：Hotel is at one end of town and you have to make a right turn on the street it's on followed by a U-turn at one of the intersections that allows it, in order to get to anything else in town. This was difficult to do after dark.

Review 14：I didn't like that the only entry for bringing in pets was the main entrance. I would prefer a side or back entrance for less distraction. Our room had two side chairs but no table. A small cocktail type table would have been nice. The chairs seemed like an after thought.

Read complaints about the train, but our room backed up to it and while it did come through around 7am, we were already up and moving...it did not disturb my sleep at all. Would definitely return.

Their hot chocolate and social hour was also a big hit with our kids. It was also a very clean hotel with a very helpful staff.

The window was one that could be opened so the outdoor temperature and breeze took care of both issues. Once the thermostat was adjusted, it was fine. The pros far outweighed any cons.

I was treated rudely by them and will never stay at another Best Western again. If u ever need to travel to Geroiga again I will be sure to use one of the many other hotels in the area. I have worked in customer service for many years and would never be able to treat any of my customers the way I was treated.
