Review 1：The bathroom was on the small side, and the bed felt like it had grains of dirt like the bedding wasnt changed for the next guest

You go down a few steps and your standing on the beach!! I really loved the swimming pool!!! The view of the ocean is awesome! ! You can be in the pool and look out and see the ocean it is so breathtaking!!! We are planning our next trip soon and we're going back!!! Loved it!!! The staff are so sweet and kind!!!

Review 13：It is an older building needs some updating but it is clean and staff are ffriendly. Great value. right by the ocean and swimming pool. Near smaller stores and resturants. Will be back next year please God and other family members too if we get a good deal (hint hint).

Review 16：Rooms were way too small. Only getting a tiny amount of ice after having to ask for it was annoying. I guess we were supposed to tell the staff we wanted our room clean because it was never touched. We took our own trash out and asked for fresh towels each day. We figured it was cause we were there for several days in a row that you just have to tell them you want fresh bedding or whatever.

Review 20：The room was small but very clean with a fresh pleasant smell that wasgreat to walk into after our long walks on the beach. Be sure to packlight or leave things in your vehicle as there is not much storage -this was not a problem for me. The pool was clean. It overlooked theAtlantic and we had it to ourselves most of the time we were in it. Thestaff was friendly and everything worked in our room. Also, nearbyMelbourne, fl is a gem -- mostly locals and not a tourist trap. The beatMexican food I have had in years is El Chico in Melbourne by the Mall.

Review 32：The owner was argumentative, he insisted the WiFi worked when it doesn't for the guests. Everything is old and not maintained. Pool area needs painting, chairs broken. Definitely seen better days. I would not stay here again.

It was by far the cheapest in the area; however, we were expecting more because the other reviews made it seem like more than a cheap motel but it was just that. The beds were fine but the comforters were questionable as were the towels. The shower had good pressure but the head was very low so we had to bend down to get the right angle.

The rate was very reasonable. If you're just looking for a cheap place to stay and don't mind making compromises than this place will do fine by you.

Review 50：The room was extremely small, we had to leave 1 piece of luggage in the car, 1 we put on the table and 1 on the second bed. The bathroom was even narrower, 1 person just fitting in and we are all small slim people (2 kids, 1 woman). There were not enough towels for the 3 of us and I had booked for 3 persons months in advance. The WiFi was very poor even though we were only in the middle of the house. Due to bad book-keeping my credit card has been charged again although I had paid months in advance, too. This has been corrected immediately upon my complaint, however.

She wanted to make it very clear that we understood the rooms were very small and there were no refunds. I thought I was giving my credit card to hold the reservation but the total amount of the stay was charged at the time of reservation and a no refund policy.
Review 53：The location was great, pool was very nice. The staff did warm up and were more friendly once they realized we weren't complaining about room size or anything else. They seemed on the defense at check in but warmed up in the following days. An ice machine and vending machines would have been nice.

Review 110：The room's shower has a high wall you have to get over to get in. Wife is unable to lift her right foot more the 4" so was unable to use it. Beach access is by a steep stairway handicap people can't use. These are really the only complaints we found with the place.

Review 113：I was watched and treated like a high school child by the staff, I am 53 years old and could not relax because of constant interruptions by a female staff asking me what I am doing. I was at the motel with my 2 older(23)well behaved nieces. I actually checked out a day early !
Review 114：As we first made our way out of the room from checking it out and settling in upon arrival, a man that works there was relaxing near by and had asked if our room was comfortably cooled off as he had previous to our check-in to of turn the AC on for us! It was very much appreciated as for this is Florida and it gets unruly hot if the air has not been on for a while, so for him to do that was very considerate for his guests. The second thing i found really gracious is that every room has a full Aloe plant available to you sitting outside your door for your skin care after spending time at there ocean front beach!
