Review 1：Everything was really amazing. Our room was ready when we came (before check-in time), plus we were upgraded for free. Spotless clean, very helpful staff, and great resources for our baby's needs - play area, microwave for heating bottles, even extra baby food! We were really satisfied and would highly recommend Ilhas do Caribe for anyone traveling to Guarujá.

Review 2：The staff were very helpfull and kind. It was a very nice hotell, and it was free biljard and table tennis for youth and grown-ups, and also things to play with for small children. It was short way to the beautiful beach. We would really like to go back!

The TV, DVD (including DVD library), AC, Bathroom all very good equipment. The playroom was a success for the rainy weather and after a long day trip.
