Review 1：The location is good and we only stayed one night. The guesthouse needs a touch up.Our room was smelly and also the sheets were smelling old.

Review 3：When I arrived I found empty bottles in the rubbish bin in my room. Cutlery was dirty, even on the other tables and I decided to only have croissants for breakfast. DSTV remote didn't work.

Review 7：I had the Privilege to know the Receptionist Lizaan, she was most kind, and had a awsome chat while i invited her in her quiet time while sitting right opposite the front entrance while keeping a eye on the front door, to chat with me while i was the only one at the time having breakfast, that was delicious by the way. thank you. She has a most kind of heart and we had a ball chatting in general, she invited us back, and we will absolutely be taking her up on that offer. She showed me the special family, couple packages. I also have met the Owner, most kind lady, ( Just one little thing, that i can with trueness in my heart say it did not bother me, but did wake me up during the night, is to just mention to the visitors about the ticking sound on the electric fencing when it rains) he,he,he :) , thank you for having us. Review 8：We would rate this Guest House as a 3 star and not a 4 star facility. The staff need training. Small things spring out at one, such as the sugar bowls not being filled when other items on the table have been replaced and refilled. The staff also walk past the tables without taking away the used dishes. There should be someone on duty in the breakfast room while there are guests eating. We booked and paid extra for a Luxury room, which according to the website included a queen sized bed. We however had a standard double bed in the room. The bathroom ceiling had black mould on it which could have easily been washed off. In the room there was only one packet of biltong yet the list stated there were two. We did not feel that the place offered value for money in its current situation. We were told that the management is new and they took over a run down Guest House and are doing their best to bring it back. They also had to repair the roof as there were many leaks. Give them time and we are sure it will better.

Review 14：The fact that guests staying in the rooms outside, walked through the main part of the guest house. They were very noisy, I had to get up at 3am to ask them to be quiet.

Review 16：Nobody expected us. We had to wait outside in the night waiting for the owner. We saw four rooms. Two of them was without windows and very close to noisy communal area and two of them smelled. Waiting half an hour for the eggs in the morning was too much. I would expect more fruit especially when I ordered it the day before.

Review 49：I have never smelt a worse toilet in a hotel in my life. The carpets could have done with a good vacuum better still a good clean. The rooms were a long way down from the entrance to the hotel which made the carrying of luggage difficult The pictures on the website were very cleverly taken as the hotel is nowhere near as impressive There was no butter at breakfast and the staff could not have cared less about it
