Review 1：I went to a non-smoking hotel to make sure I could open my balcony door and hear the waves from the Atlantic Ocean. At Best Western Plus, I was roomed next to smokers. I explained to the front desk and they moved ME to another room. In the new room I had the same experience. Ahgggg! The hotel does nothing about the smokers. NOTHING. No free night or inconvenience credit. NOTHING. This is false advertisement. We all had to sign a contract stating we would be charged if we smoked but it isn't enforced. I suggest they make a smoking hotel so all the smokers can be together and all the non-smokers will be away from them! 5 days and no waves. The free breakfast was awful!!!

Review 3：Breakfast bar -- my adult daughter and I recommend that you have an age limit of the children helping themselves at the bar because there was food scattered all over the bar, which I am ASSUMING was do to the children serving themselves. The shower water was barely warm - burrrr - which I mentioned when we checked out.

Review 5：The computer access was deplorable and pathetic. Maintaining connectivity was impossible and worrisome. Even with calls and talking with so called experts from the Best Western organization we were still unable to maintain connectivity and most times could not connect at all. Very frustrating! There was no hot tub. Just lukewarm water. . The biggest complaint I have is the money I paid for the room.I negotiated for $60 per night but was given $100 per night! When I tried to renegotiate I was told I would have to pay $109 for a renegotiation fee!!! I am very upset with being hustled into paying more with no way to renegotiate.

Review 17：The woman at the front counter when he arrived early for check in (grabbed the parking pass) was less than ideal to deal with. She had an attitude and didn't smile once. Other staff members were great. Wish I had remembered her name. Couldn't smoke on the balconies.... have NEVER spent the night at a hotel that did not allow smoking on balconies. Smoke free Policy isn't idealistic.... Especially since all your staff were smoking near the door in the parking garage. Change this policy and we would come back again and again!!! Please make sure that this policy is outline when people make online reservations if possible. :)

When asked if there was a way to get food earlier we got not answer. For such a large event they should look at modifying this to help people out. There were obviously large numbers of runners at the hotel as we saw MANY of them and it was next to the finish line.

Review 36：the first day there we found a water leak in our ceiling, called for maint, he came and said it was from room above, we sat on balcony until he could fix, while on balcony we had a gush of water from room above that flooded our balcony and soaked us, never had follow up from maint in this issue, 2 days after house keeping was there we had to call for clean towels because none were left in the room, and no coffee or condiments either, the breakfast was slimy eggs and watered down orange juice, we will not stay at this hotel again< and will tell others not to stay there!!

The room was great and located near the pool ,laundry room and fitness center. I enjoyed the ocean view especially at night.

I also didn't like that you couldn't smoke on your balcony or they would charge your $250 cleaning fee, being on the 8th floor and having to try to catch the elevator down took forever because the other one was broken. Litterly 5-8 min elevator rides. Only 6ft 2 clearance to get in parking garage as well

Mind u know that all 4 of us was in the room and never heard a knock. So I went down this time after shift change and had got wash cloths. Rediciulus service!! Housekeeper that was working the am shift on sat was rude to my daughter and her friend. The girls had put money into the vending the machine and there snack had got stuck. My daughter had asked the housekeeper if she had a way to open the machine and the lady was rude and was not helpful as to how they could get there money back or the snack.

Review 69：The air conditioner works great and the room was very clean and tidy. The view of the ocean was awesome from the balcony. The beds were also very comfortable.

The carpets were dirty; the walls were dirty; our bathtub wasn't clean; there were hoodlums running through our building at 2:00 in the morning when we checked in. We left a night early to stay in another chain hotel, and I am glad we did. I will never stay in a Best Western again.

Review 127：The view of the beach and proximity of the beach and boardwalk from the hotel is excellent. Which is why I suppose the hotel is still standing. You can rent bikes and a 4 person bike-carriage from the same building, which is very convenient.
