Review 1：clerk did not give requested room at check-in. Requested dbl and given 1 king. 2nd room given door key did not work. finally given a 3rd room. Room was very small and tight for 2 beds. Loud banging & yelling in halls during middle of night; pounding on doors - no assitance came to investigate noise.

Review 2：pool area great/very clean and well maitained

Review 3：Was given a room that was not ready so they up graded us to a very nice room with spa tub. The pool heater was still broken couldn't swim and that's reason we chose this hotel was for the pool but overall was a very nice stay. The receptionist was amazing. Will definitely stay there again.
