Review 1：There were cob webs in the room, the mini- fridge was old and wouldn't close all the way. There was a cockroach on one of the beds and rain got in from somewhere by the window and door even though the walkway was covered and soaked my bag that I had at the end of the bed.

Review 3：Theven towels were supposed to be white, but we're not and had big yellow and brown stains. My kids were scared. It was gross! Everything was gross

Review 7：The gentleman at the office (owner I think) was so sweet. He walked me through the entire property until I found a room that I loved. It was spacious and clean. We basically had our own balcony. When I first arrived I was a little worried that the place was going to be grungy, but I felt very comfortable and even stayed a couple extra days. The owner is very gracious. If you need something... Just ask.
Review 8：Everything. This was the dirtiest room I've ever seen. Tears and stains on sheets and towels. Dead bugs and trash on desk area. I was also surprised with a $20 pet fee but there was only cement for the dogs to go potty. Pets are accepted but this is not pet friendly. My dogs were cleaner than this hotel.

Review 24：We chose to drive from north of Anderson, CA down to Red Bluff each day for 10 days while on a business trip due to this Inn being considerably less than anywhere else. Of course we weren't expecting anything fancy with it being so inexpensive. There was so little space to set up for that length of time but we managed. Carpet was filthy, there was no bathroom counter space, shower was dirty and you could easily hear the people next door through the door connecting us. The fridge was a super mini one and things froze in it. The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud the first two days before moving out. Most annoying was key card seeming to work once or twice before needing to be re-keyed. Was soooo frustrating! When asked, the cute little middle eastern gal behind the desk replied "oh I have no idea." Ugh. On day 2 of being there I thought it was going to be our last day when I saw a small roach on the bed. It was the only one I saw or we would have been outta there. Wouldn't do it again. Would pay more to stay elsewhere.

Review 31：The best part is this motel is within walking distance of downtown Red Bluff. We can get to the Red Bluff Rodeo parade, breakfast and dinner just by walking a few blocks. For the most part the place is quiet and away from city noises.

Review 39：I didn't like how there was bugs in the bathroom and a lot of moths flying around at night. Whenever I took a hot shower or bath I couldn't touch the handle cuz it was very hot I had to use a wash cloth, the staff was rude and we had to clean the room ourselves

Our bed was a little hard, but most motel beds are on the hard side. We will be staying here soon again in the near future.

Review 129：The outside and the rooms look very rundow and dated. Our bedsheets were torn. The shower was very old and rusty. My friend drank water from the sink and had diarrhea and stomach problems for couple days.
