Review 1：I had a 5 night stay and to ask to have my linens changed on the 4th night! Room poorly vacuumed. Shorted us on towels. Hyatt had a bunch of young cheerleaders staying at the hotel and it was very disruptive in the evening and it was impossible to get to the breakfast counters. Water was turned off one evening until early morning. When the water was turned back on it was a cloudy brown color I believe Hyatt should comp at the least 2 of my nights stay!!! The door locks were always needing to be re-set. I was always having to have new key cards made. Never heard of a HYATT hotel with only queen beds before!!!

Review 2：I didn't like that the pool was very cold and nobody checked on the condition of the pool, meaning there was towels scattered everywhere and beer bottles in the sauna and the pool being very cold not comfortable. I didn't like that the omelets were made not at 7:00 when breakfast starts.

Review 3：I liked that there was kitchenette , which I have to keep in mind when traveling.

Review 4：My reservation couldn't be found when I arrived. The staff had to contact booking.com to get it figured out, and did after about 15 minutes.

Review 6：I would have liked the option of flavored coffee creamer. And maybe a sweet breakfast option such as muffins or doughnuts or bagels. Also there was an obnoxious group down the hall partying and made the whole floor smell.

Review 8：They have sofa in the room which is perfect cause you do not need use your bed during the day! The location is excellent. The room is very clean. The breakfast is awesome. Parking lot is huge.

The breakfast was the best.My kids love to eat continental breakfast when they stay in hotel. They loved what was served there and I will definitely stay in that hotel again when I am traveling to Chicago or nearby areas. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Review 25：1- I was charged an extra day. 2- I was told the bill will be chargedat the end and then received an attitude from the ceptionist wheninforming her of the situation. 3- when registering my reservation wasnot found. 4- when waiting to be registered a guest informs the frontdesk that the refrigerator in his room was broken. The representativeonly said sorry, did not offer a solution or a reimbursement for allthe food that went to waste. When I followed up with the guest theywere struggling because they didn't have anywhere to keep the milkcold for the small children.

Review 26：I liked the rooms with the pool out sofa. Pillows were perfect. And thebreakfast was descent.

Review 27：I specifically asked for a crib for my daughter when I made reservation-2 weeks before our stay at this hotel. When we were checking in,receptionist never mentioned that there is huge possibility that we willnot get a crib because it is too many families with children. Shepromised us that in an hour the crib will be in our room. My daughter isnever sleep in my bed, she sleeps in the crib only! We went out to eatthat night and when we came back at 10 pm, I found out that there willbe no crib for us! Knowing that I will have a crib, I cancelled the roomwith a sofa bed. Because I was afraid that my daughter will fall downwhile sleeping, I had to sleep next to the couch on the floor,and it wasa terrible night...
