Review 1：Nothing, The manager was very unfriendly. The reservation was for $65 and when I got there said $77.90 I do not recommend this place the worths I ever stay at

Review 3：I wish i had some mould remover for the bathroom, it was shocking! The freight train runs through the night behind the motel and use of the horn seemed mandatory. Youve not to mind stepping over the local drunk laying outside your door the next morning!

Review 12：When we arrived to our room there was someone's else long hair still on the bath and the next morning we were leaving I checked at the side of the bed and under to ensure I hadn't left anything and I found a pair of old used knickers ( that weren't mine)! We checked out at 5.30am to travel on and I had to ring the bell for assistance which woke up the person who was sleeping in his shorts and vest right in the reception area in front of me. He should at least be in another room not visible to guests.
Review 13：Room too small, ac didn't work, not at all scenic, loud neighbors. Most of all, the place was crawling with field workers who looked at you as if you were a target of some sort....walking by your room looking into your room when the curtains were open to say the least...very uncomfortable experience.

Review 18：The owner/Manager was rude. The Wi-Fi did not work unless you went to the office & informed him & then it would be connected for maybe 2 hours. Also wouldn't give u xtra towels if needed. You to wait til housekeeping came to clean ur room the Next day... If I had to go back there again? I would definitely stay at another place right upt the road from this place

Do not have an opinion on services we did not need to use, such as kitchen or WiFi. The charging procedure was different than mentioned in the ad write-up, would have liked to pay cash, but I was asked to use my charge card upon check-in. was exhausted did not have the energy to question the matter.

Review 45：Clean room, bed and showers/WC, yet very simple. Reception friendly. If you need a low-price overnight stay in this area it is quite ok. A simple, but offering astonishingly good quality fish restaurant in about 5 mins north nearby ( "Hook, Line and Sinker" - see google maps). Oxnard itself has no touristic interest seen, at least to my view.
Review 46：The location. Noisy, many people going in and out of the parking. You can heard almost everything from the closest rooms (not very nice in the middle of the night) and the shower from other rooms is very Noisy (it wake me up a 1am, and it was impossible to sleep until it finish). There where many hairs in the blanket and a cheewing gum in the shower.

No one wasin the room while we were there, except for family members of hotel.We weere given a room upstairs. There were no handicapped or nonsmoking rooms available and we should have been informed of that waybefore we arrived.. Will not ever stay there AGAIN..And will tellother travelers the same.

Review 52：The Motel was located right next to a railroad crosing, the train horn kept me awake all night. My room was not cleaned once in the three nights I was there. The fridge was stuck on high so everything I put in it was froze. The room smelt like a sewer.
