Review 1：Rooms are family orientated...stacked double beds, so very little room to sit or move around! TV hangs just between the lower and uppers beds, so nobody can see it! Rooms are okay from clearness. Cushions are very bad! Breakfast very poor and little variety. Milk for cornflakes not chilled for example, boiled eggs not eatable at all! At night, youngsters making noise, looks more like a youth hostel! But worst of all, fire-alarm went of around midnight, and no personell was around at all! We had to call to emergency number ourselves, after twenty minutes!! of continuous alarm, the genitar comes and shutts it off. No fire brigade came at all! Very strange and a major point I think! So we will not come back here!

Review 5：Out of season the restaurant and bar are closed. Leaves you pretty stranded for food as the location isn't near any shops or restaurants.

Review 7：The reception staff not warm, strange and unavailable (see comments in the last note for more). They also told us the pet is not allowed in the restaurant, but when we went to dine, there were many pets. We felt discriminated.

Review 9：It wasn't made clear that they don't actually have a pool here and the sauna is not for free when we booked the hotel. It was confusing that we saw a huge swimming pool and a table tennis table that time and found out that they don't exist. When we arrived and was getting our room keys from the bar - we asked about that and another guest who happen to be staying at the next room to our right said his wife asked the same thing so we know we saw that and they weren't actually there.

Review 10：The staff made our bed daily and we loved that. They really kept it super clean. We love the fact that they have a great coffee machine which makes really great cappuccino and coffee plus the fact that they have fresh fruits and a wide array of freshly baked bread every morning. We appreciate it that they have a different table of food for kids a great lot. The fact that their wi fi is only available off the rooms is a plus point because that means we're not sleeping in a giant microwave like in other hotels.

Review 11：Breakfast wasn't wel organised and there was no cutlery at one point and it took a while for things to get replenished. Also no wifi in rooms at all which was slightly disappointing.

Review 13：We were a couple n we booked a double bed n we got a room with two single beds..this is ridiculous for the price i paid at the hotel with no service..no water, no juice

Review 14：Booked after we stayed here last year. Both hubby and I had a troubled 3,5 month in work and private life. Booked 2 nights for specifically the welness suite, so we could try to relax a bit. First night we arrived late so no utilisation of sauna. The room has no airco and was terribly hot. Couldnt sleep. Tv was hanged in such a weird corner you couldnt watch. Second night prepared for sauna, it didnt work, we are used to sauna techniques. Tried calling reception with own mobile , since there was no phone in the room, voicemail without another nr left, then found an emergency phone nr voicemail again. Long story short in bathrobe into restaurant where nobody could help, no manager available. There was ofcourse no relax possible in this stage, no other room available just free use of their main sauna. No option for us, in the end the next morning reception didnt offer anything to make thing right. Almost emplied us for the failore,that the sauna worked perfectly before i will ask for cash back with visa , horrible experience, also only french spoken, lucky I could speak french, or unlucky maybe......

Review 25：Wellnes (pool & sauna) were not included in the price. That was not completely clear when booking. The hotel was basic and certainly not value for money.

Review 27：lobby is like a hospital, the decoration of the wellness in the suite could be more comfy, the breakfast room isn't very welcoming more like a school diner, door to the hallway could be better isolated

Review 29：Although they managed well, one or two more staff might have been helpful - only one waiter/barman in the restaurant (who did a great job despite having to look after everyone) and one receptionist who we couldn't find in the morning. We just left our key and departed. Nevertheless, all seemed to run smoothly so this should not put anyone off visiting.

Review 30：Luxurious bathroom was a very pleasant surprise. Although limited menu, the meal in the restaurant was very good. Well located in a beautiful region.

Review 35：We were not advised Of a wedding reception that happened on the Saturday evening of our stay. This meant that the bar & restaurant were closed for hotel guests & only open for the wedding party. This was an issue as the local restaurants in Bomal close quite early. If we were advised earlier we could have made other arrangements.

Review 36：We stayed for the Belgium Grand Prix, initially we thought the hotel was too far from Spa Francochamps being 30 miles, however after leaving the crazy atmosphere & noise of the race track this hotel was a very peaceful environment to be in. Our room was at the rear of the hotel overlooking a beautiful forest In house restaurant had a very tasty set meal & drinks were very reasonably priced Very relaxed atmosphere

Review 37：We arrived late with 2 infants (11:30pm) and the hotel was deserted with our room key left at reception in an envelope. Unfortunately, despite prior request with confirmation our room was not prepared and we had no cot or bedding for the 2 children. And on second night a wedding party resulted in excessive noise inside and outside the hotel until 4:30am. I suspect this is a regular weekend issue due to the beautiful location. This should be considered if considering a stay.
