Review 1:Our room was a little dusty which didn't bother me too much until my fiancé starting having a reaction to it. Then after waking up the next day I had itchy small bites on my body and I'm wondering if there is a chance the room we had could have had bed bugs. Other than that I can honestly say the place was perfect

Review 4:The room was clean, the pool was fun and lots of towels! Staff was very friendly and helpful as well as the restaurant staff too. Love that there's Starbucks and just a nice place to get away.

Review 5:Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for our shopping excursion, and we even had a great meal at Joe's Crab Shack two blocks from the hotel.

Review 16:My room, a king room, doesn't have a mini-fridge. I think that the overall hotel is overpriced. There are cheaper alternatives in the area. Only reason why i chose this is because of it's close proximity to public transportation that can take me to town when needed. couldn't get a breakfast option with the hotel room - althought this might be booking.com issue, not the hotel it self. Overall however, I'd recommend this hotel.

Review 17:I liked the fact that it's very close to the mall, and to the transportation system. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Wifi is great.

Review 18:If I had known this wasn't updated like other Hyatt's, for the money I would have slept on the floor in the airport. $50 cab ride each way to O'Hare Our reservation wasn't in system from booking.com. Had to go check fax machine or backroom PC to find reservation

Review 23:I visited this hotel four years ago and really enjoyed my stay at that time. This time I was just thankful for the location.

Review 24:It didn't really live up to the standards that I would'veexpected from a Hyatt. The walls were paper thin, I could literally hearconversations from other guests in their rooms clearly in the hallway.Also, a large high school hotel party was happening next to us until4:30am! We called several times to complain and no one answered! Thenthey charged us for trying to call! Not impressed with the poolfacilities either. The indoor pool was similar to a hospital therapycenter! If your looking for just a room and have low expectations, gofor it! This is your place!

Review 25:Was in a nice location close to shopping and great restaurants! Largesized rooms and comfortable beds were a plus.

Review 26:Understaffed front desk meant unnecessarily long lines for check-in and check-out. They also couldn't find my Booking.com reservation. Heard additional complaints from other guests while standing in line. Bathroom in guest room sorely in need of an update.

Review 29:Lady at the front desk was very nice to the couple in front of us and took the time to explain everything to them about the shuttle bus and free wifi, etc...but did none of that for us.. just checked us in and sent us on our way to our room. Seemed like she was in a hurry to get rid of us. Felt treated unfairly...will continue to go to they Hyatt Regency in rosemont when there's a convention in town and we are always treated very well there...but most likely wont return to this one in Schaumburg.

Review 35:It's was a great location for what we wanted to do. We are from Chicago, Beverly area. We wanted to do some shopping, dining and theater in the Schaumburg area without having to drive home both nights. The staff was great.

Review 39:My reservations I made through booking.com a month ago were not in the system when I arrived. We arrived late, we were exhausted, so dealing with this was frustrating. They didn't have the room we reserved. Our keys didn't work the next day. But this is one bad experience compared to many other great ones.
