Review 1：Finding the place in the dark was an absolute nightmare. No visible signs could be seen from the road. lighting in the bedrooms was pathetic. One table lamp for the room was not enough.

Review 3：The sofa bed needs a new fabric, descriptions of apartments should be more precise:our apartment did not have a spa, which was ok for us as we wouldn't have the time to use it anyway but this could disappoint someone expecting to find it. There were ants in the drawer where the placemats were kept so a better check would be good even if everything else was clean. Overall a bit overpriced.

Review 4：Great position very close to the ocean, 15 minutes from Ventura (depart of our whale watching boat trip), in between LA and Santa Barbara. Great for visiting the beaches close to LA and also LA, perfect if you don't want to stay in the big city!

Review 5：They weren't ready for us at check-in, we waited for a little more than an hour, which was tough after a long drive. The staff was apologetic, and seemed to be doing their best. I asked about some form of compensation, but didn't recieve an answer.

Review 6：The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, and I loved that we were a few steps from the beach. The wi-fi was good and the spa was amazing.

The Wi-Fi connection was overloaded and simply did not work. The staff advised they were upgrading but that didn't help for the week we were there...

Review 30：The beach right next to the apartment doesn't have lifeguards. To getthat you have to walk down the beach or drive up it. As the apartment isbuilt from a wood inner structure there isn't much soundproofing betweenthe rooms or the neighbors, but it wasn't a big problem for us.

Review 40：Wonderful location, just 100 meter to the beach. Silent area, no traffic. The appartment we used was fully equipped with everything you need including washing machine, dryer. A jacuzzi in the patio could have been used and a gas driveb barbeque was available. For two people a paradise and a family with up to two kids could easily spend a vacation. Channel Islands Shored are highly recommended.

Review 42：I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the price.It was wonderful to have a full kitchen and dinning area for meals. Myfamily and I loved being so close to the beach. We could go play in thewaves and sand and then come back to the condo to relax in the privatehot tub on the private deck. Having a laundry facility in the samebuilding was highly convenient. The fold out bed was surprisinglycomfortable.

Review 43：We booked a 1 bedroom with sofa bed - the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and bedding was stashed under TV cabinet, so we didn't find it. Used extra blanket and pillow from bedroom. The office closes at 6:00 p.m. Keys are then placed in a lockbox with a combination. If I hadn't called to confirm the morning of our stay, we would have gotten there in the dark with no way to get in. However, the lockbox concept is very efficient. They do have loft suites with two bedrooms for an extra fee, so I would definitely stay there again. WIFI is iffy - have to be in a certain section of the unit to access it.

Review 44：Wonderful location, quiet, upscale residential neighborhood. Half block to an incredible beach. Nice office amenities - coffee, lending library, tourist brochures. Office staff and maintenance/cleaning staff are friendly. Overall, a great value for the price.
