Review 1：The beds were only double size instead of queen and the pillows a little thin

Review 2：The room had a full kitchen, a strong shower, good parking, free internet, cable tv at a good price.

Review 3：Property managers are rude, says free wifi but they hesitate to give youpassword. Roaches ants and very dirty. I do not plan on returning.

Review 5：The manager is rude and he made me move my room. I feel like i've stayed long enough to earn some kind of discount not to mention be treated respectfully. My room wasnt cleaned by housekeeping multiple times.

Review 6：It is family owned so the office was not opened when we left (it was very early). We were not able to get an official receipt but we do have the visa receipt.

Review 7：The rooms have been remodeled and where clean and nice. I would stay there again.

Review 8：We were advised linens would be changed weekly unless we asked. We were good with that ... had to ask for the vacuum to be used in the room and second day had to ask for clean towels ... which we expected to have each day.

Review 32：The room was very small, and I was charged 40 extra dollars for a extra bed that I swore I had already reserved. Something told me to check my reservation, and sure enough it was only one bed. When I told the front desk what my reservation was for 2 Queen, there was no help, just a quote for extra money. For the very small room, it was not worth $269 for one night!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Review 92：The hotel was hard to find as Oxnard Blvd turns into another street and the street where the motel is is 90 degrees to Oxnard Blvd, it's also called Oxnard Blvd. Very confusing. I asked for a wake-up call two nights and they didn't happen. the second day I was there I called the manager and explained that I had not received the call. He said that I must have not awakened. I was awake before the wake up call was to happen. I asked for a wake up call the next morning, this didn't happen either. They told me that they had upgraded me to a better room with a kitchen but since I had not paid for the use of the kitchen, not to use it, which I did not. The "kitchen" did not have a door so there was a constant humming noice from the refrigerator, in addition, the bathroom keps half emptying constantly so there was that noice to deal with. Overall my stay was not very pleasant.

Review 93：Staff forgot about my reservation. I reserved a non-smoking room but when I checked in there was only smoking rooms available.

Review 96：The room was very clean. Nice tile in bathroom and around Jacuzzi tub. This room was above basic. Mini fridg. micro wave lg flat screen T.V. bed was comfortable and clean. For the money this will be our get away place for a night here and there as we live just a few hrs away. The area and outside of this place may make you wonder but it seemed ok and the room was nice. I loved the Jacuzzi tub.

Review 97：No easy shopping or food stores or restaurant within obvious walking, only a liquor store/mini Mart. Wifi was not working, bathroom light went out in the morning before shower. Bummer.

Review 111：The staff, the furniture was stained and dirty, i didn't feel safe leaving my car outside, I didn't even wanna sleep on the bed, the floor was disgusting, I would never stay there again.

Review 112：I requested a wake up call at 7:30am. They said ok room 4 at 7:30am. They gave me a wake up call at 4am. They showed no remorse and even blamed someone else must of called me by mistake, even though it was their recorded message that woke me up. The shower did not work and the sink only had hot water. The overhead light kept flickering on and off in the room which made it kind of dark. I don't mind Mom and Pop organizations but both owners were lacking in professional accountability and good service. I wasn't asking for any type of discount but just an apology, like hey sorry about that. The man just laughed when I called him back at 4:05am to make sure I was going to get my call at 7:30am that I had asked for. They even called 7 mins later and asked now was that 7:30am or 8:00am. The area is kind of run down with some shady characters mulling about.

No breakfastwhich is upsetting to know when you pay 60 bucks per night. I'd say stayanywhere else if you have a chance.
