Review 1：didnt think the staff was friendly at all i had better customer service at roach motels and the ice machine was broken had to go to the 8th floor

Review 18：The first day we got there the one elevator did not work so we had to use the stairs to carry everything up and we were on the fifth floor. The Jacuzzi and pool were not heated the first day either as stated that they would be. The kitchen was very, very small not even enough room to turn around in it.

Review 19：The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need to cook/eat. Once the jacuzzi and pool were fixed they were really nice, especially because the resort has times for adults only. The location was excellent we were only a block from the beach and there was a restaurant right in the resort.

Review 28：Hotel is dated, needs updates. It really is not a resort... Not close in my opinion. It is a old time share building that is leased out to people like a hotel. The issue with that is... No daily room service, if you want fresh towels, you have to go get them, no shampoo/conditioner/soaps provided, etc. The rooms are VERY DARK! The only window is in the back of the unit, and it's very small. The living room area feels like a dungeon. I would not stay at this property again.

Review 30：Very poor quality WIFI, we had difficulty accessing the wireless system. The property is old, with serious need for updates. Serious lack of customer service. Overall very disappointed with this hotel, and would not recommend it.

Review 32：Had certain hours where pool was for adults only. Parking spaces unreasonably tiny. Dirty carpet in hallway and elevator dirty. No maid service. Had to exchange our own linens and change our own trash. Could not get air conditioning to work right. Very hot in room. Maintenance did not fix and manager just said it was because it was so hot outside.

Review 34：I had requested an early check in and the receptionist said she would leave a note for her manager. When we got there the receptionist had no idea about it and basically told us they do not do early check ins. We asked him if he could at least check to see if there was a room available because we drove from NJ and would have liked to get in the room and get settled after that long drive. He told us he knew none were ready and that was that. I gave him my phone number and asked him to call when the room was ready. We went back around 1:30 and I was told the room was available which was nice because it was still early but I don't think anyone would have called to tell me had we not went back and asked. In the end this did not effect the trip and we still had an awesome time!

Review 35：When we got there we were not expecting to have a room with a balcony. To our surprise, we did and it was an ocean view. The one bedroom was suite was perfect for me and my boyfriend. The location of the hotel is great and walking distance to a ton of stores, restaurants, and bars. I highly recommend Watermans which is directly across the street and has outdoor seating with a view of the ocean. Overall our stay was awesome!

Review 47：We have a daughter in a wheelchair and it was difficult getting her through doorways to go on to Atlantic avenue do to high lips in doorway, also couldn't afford $250 deposit to use beach wheel chair, could make it more affordable or use guests wheelchairs as deposit. Also kids on our floor were very unruly. Running, screaming down hallways and having ice wars. Would be nice if parents taught them how to act.
