Review 1：I had come for the Donny & Marie show 12-12-15. and weeks before the show I had asked about meet & greet and was told it was up to the artist, so I again asked at the box office and was told there was no meet & greet after the show, when I was at the concert I had found out that the box office had given out meet and greet tickets to different people, why was I told different things, I was truly upset over this.

Review 3：Loved the room we stayed in! Huge jacuzzi tub, big plush bed with soft pillows! seriously nothing to complain about. The staff was extremely helpful and kind!

Review 16：We had the deluxe spa room and the jacuzzi was not clean well when turned on it had hair floating in it then the bubble, which we didn't put any in came out dirty. When I told the front desk when leaving she just said oh I'll let someone know. I feel we should have been charged for a regular room since we couldn't us the jacuzzi. Which was the purpose of the room.

It was late Christmas nite the 25th trying to make reservations fir Soaring Eagle I thought I was booking with Booking .com Next day we go to check in at Soaring Eagle .. They said my reservation was for the nite before ... Therefore I was a no show and charging me 152.00 fir no show I explain ed I made it fir 12/26 to 12/27 But I had to pay anyways . People please be aware if booking online... Booking.com kept emailing me throughout the evening ... Couldn't even enjoy our stay... Husband upset because he could not understand wat happen.. I will never ever book with Bookit.com Sorry but it said ... Hurry only 2 deals left... So I booked it... I feel it's a s am!!! Sorry.. Hey placed us way in the back of Cadino..,, Room was clean.. Location poor .. No scenery... Awaken by loud , screaming peole... Wat wax I doing here... I doubt if I go back

Review 22：We were really disappointed you guys got rid of the virtual black Jack game,it was one of the main reasons we came, and will not be back again because of it.

Review 26：Pillows too thick and hard. Still have neck ache. A long walk from the far end of the hotel to the casino. My hips arthritis still hurts due to multiple trips back and forth. Not a good nights rest with people coming back to their rooms at all wee hours into the morning. Next time would try to book a room closer to casino or at end of hall not to hear so much late night traffic.

Review 35：The refrigerator didn't work in our room. The small casino across the street is terrible. The smoke was so bad that my wife had an asthma attack. The food at the dinner show was terrible, they don't know how to cook duck . Not worth $90 a couple.

Review 38：Convenience of getting to your room, plenty of hall space for wheel chair. We ordered cheeseburger with fries late night and it was great! We ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was great! They have a cute gift shop that with reasonably priced items.

We were puzzled that the cleaning staff of a highly rated hotel were leaving their carts in the hallway instead of returning them to the marshaling area adjacent to the ice machine. We had to dodge half a dozen carts to get to our room. This was mentioned to customer service before we left, and they confirmed that this was not to protocol.

Review 71：The entire facility from the time you turn into the lot is clean and nice. The staff greats you and explains each and every detail regarding your stay. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable.

Review 72：The entire place was freezing !!! We got to our room and you couldn't regulate the temp. so we shut off the air and opened the window so we could be in the room without wearing our sweatshirts. The casino and the restaurants were all freezing as well. 2.We went down to Isabellas for dinner and was told we had to have a reservation, the place was 1/2 empty! 3. We were dissappointed that there was no lounge or place to just sit in quiet and have a glass of wine. There were 3 bar areas but all in the noisy casino. 4. Casino slot machines were so tight that we only got to play on Saturday, even though we stayed the night we couldn 't play in the morning because the money went so fast that we didn't have anything left. We were only playing 1 or 2 quarters at a time!!

Review 74：The weather was iffy. Would not do that again. We drove 2 hours for aconcert that could have been cancelled and all we would have had was anexpensive hotel room. The air handling system in the casino part was notall that great. Long wait for a restaurant and expensive food.

Review 82：Room was right next to the noisy elevator, also, it was freezing cold. We turned the temp up towards "warm" before going to sleep but woke up at 4 am shivering cold under the blankets. At checkout, the nice woman said we should have called and they would have been up to fix it... At 4am I wanted to sleep, not wait for a repair man. Try getting back to sleep after that. For $200 a night, we will be staying elsewhere.

Review 84：Very slow service at Legands restaurant. Server had no idea why it took 45 minutes to get 2 hamburgers. No offer of compensation or free food for our wait. The next morning simple breakfast meals took a while as well.

Review 85：This is our third stay; we love the hotel and amenities. Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke. One call to the front desk and we were immediately moved to another room with their apologies.

It was simply that they were not sure if the room was ready, but we stood at front desk for 15 minutes with no communication until I asked another agent to find out what was going on. Over communicate would be good here!! Lead agent just wanted to pass blame to housekeeping. Not apology or free drink :(

We went there for our 50th.wedding an anniversary m we have celebrated our anniversary at the soaring eagle resort four times before and it was a joyful experience. The hotel staff need to be trained. To make there guests feel important and welcomed.The rooms need to be refurbished. The hall way rugs need to be replaced. Put a little effort to make your guest feel important, not just a nameless face or a dollar bill.

Review 110：Hotel smells like smoke, even in non-smoking floors. The bed was not comfortable. 1980's style thermostats that either leaves your room either too warm or too cold.

Guessing their thought process was you get up at 2 o'clock in the morning because you can't sleep to go downstairs and gamble. I heard septic noises all night long and our bathroom sink was clogged.

We were up all night enjoying the property and would have appreciated an hour. Nothing irritates me more than a company with so many customers that they don't care about customer service. So what if I'm upset? They have 500 more of me coming, who cares? Instead of spending the remainder of the day there, we checked out and left. I could drive 20 minutes to Detroit casinos and not deal with a room charge just to gamble. Also, invest in an outdoor pool. That indoor YMCA pool was gross and the chlorine smell overpowering

They said they couldn't do late checkouts on that day and if I did come back on a day when they could do it, it would be $30 extra. I only paid $122 for the room. Now they want me to pay an extra $30 for 30 minutes? Very ridiculous and all they are worried about is getting another dollar out of you.
