Review 1：during my stay only one elevator is operational. Limit parking spaces in front of the hotels, although you have option to park your vehicle in nearby garage.

Review 2：easy access for the beach and around area. Not bad for free hot breakfast.

Review 3：Noisy first floor room-had to listen to lobby music ALL night inside our room. Many catering carts noisy all thru evening & post midnight, up & down hallway outside our door. Banquet room music carried over into our room loud & late night. Upon Thursday PM check-in asked for room change so as to not be on first floor, but they wouldn't change our room, unless we changed to a downgraded bed status and waited till next day & then "maybe" they could switch it for our final 2 nights (3 night stay). Will NEVER accept a first floor room at this hotel EVER again!

The first person that started to check us in was very rude and said we did not have a room there and found later from the second person that you all had set it for August when I actually set it up in Sept so part of that was you all fault also. Then when I went to check it out on a computer. I came back and a pleasant person waited on me. Our rooms she gave us had not been cleaned had to be changed. Rooms we did get we fair. We did not say anything else since only going to be there for two nights. Ice machine on that floor stayed out of ice. One bed in my room had a bad support sticking out that you could cut your leg on if not careful. It was overpriced. I would never pay that again for this place. Said heated pool and pool was cold

Review 28：Parking was horrible. If you don't get in one of the about 20 places on their lot you have to park on a garage across the street. The breakfast was cereal, eggs, sausage and toast. We just went out everyday. I called the restaurant in the hotel once during our stay to see if they offered room service (they did not) and they were so rude on the phone we decided to just go elsewhere.

A great view from the balcony, and the hotel was right in the middle of everything you could want to see/go to. Review 39：I was disappointed in the room and especially the bathroom. There was no room in the bathroom to move and the tiles and the wall was chipped. The breakfast was good but very crowded and no one cleaned off the tables after people left. We had to clean our own and wait for seats every morning. The outside dining was not open for breakfast, which it should of been.

Review 45：Parking was inadequate; Not enough parking spaces at Hotel and Overflow Lot. Overflow Lot was was not capeable of handling a fullsize pickup truck! Finding a place to park when returning to Hotel in the evenings was very difficult!

Review 55：I loved everything about the Best Western Plus. We arrived 3 hours before check-in and were hoping we'd have a room... we were offered a choice from 3 rooms on 3 floors! Picked the 5th floor which had the most amazing view out over the beach and promenade. I could not fault this place and will definately book here again if I ever return to Virginia beach. The staff were so sweet, the rooms were so comfortable - a queen bed each with 4 big fluffy pillows each... tv, coffee maker and amenities, fridge freezer, lots of storage and nice big balcony with table and chairs. Didn't avail of the free breakfast but on our last morning we popped in to get a coffee and chatted to the staff for about 5 minutes - so friendly. Special thanks to Dawn at reception who kindly loaned us a beach umbrella when we inquired as to where we'd rent one for a couple of days. Hotel has nice sized indoor and outdoor pools, open until 11pm I think. Brilliant value and location - comes highly recommended by us!

Review 56：The room was just adequate. It was not warm or welcoming, just two beds and a TV in a room without any other kind of embellishment. We were only there for one night, but if I had been staying for an extended period of time, I would have been very disappointed. It didn't feel like a good value for the money we spend.

After asking to be helped, the water and waitress' argued about who would get up to help. The pool was dirty as well. Would never stay here again.

Also I had requested early check in , late check out and rollaway bed. Early check in was 1 hr early. The other 2 did not happen.

After sleeping one night we found a giant dead bug underneath the slider curtains. There was also feces in the swimming pool one time we went to swim. The pool was also advertised as he did but it was pretty cold. We also discovered several other large dead bugs throw hallways and various places.
