Review 1：My stay was short but I enjoyed every minute of it, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location of the Santa Ana Travel Inn is great its accessible to everything you need like banks, restaurants, Super Markets ,fast food places. Yes I do recommend the Inn.

Review 3：I was with my brother the rooms are very small. They did no house cleaning the first day when I sent my brother for fresh towels they refused even though he had the old ones. I had to go ask again.
Review 4：Very friendly. I had come at 8AM, just ask them to let my baggage but they gave me a room without early check-in fee. i saw they have a big parking. For me, i have no car but it was so amazing because in front of this Motel is bus station, close with Santa Ana train sation, very easy to move to another place.

Theyd charged me $60 to stay 5 extra hours, yet if i stayed till next day theyd charge me $70.

Review 15：The 2nd time, I stayed on the 2nd floor. Horrible smell. It felt filthy. When I came back, room was not cleaned and I was told that I had to tell them to clean it.
Review 16：The 1st time that I stayed there, it was on the 1st floor. It was great, very clean. 2nd time I went back, I had reserved it for more than 1 night. They gave me upstairs and I told them that I cannot walk upstairs due to my bad knees, however, they still said "1st floor rooms are only for 1 night."
Review 17：The shower didn't drain properly and had an odor coming from the drain. The walls needed to be washed as well as the front of the dresser. You could see where stuff had been spilled on the walls and left to run down them. The doorway to the bathroom had dirty hand prints on it as well as the light switch. The vent cover on the wall was coming off. there was no screen on the bathroom window. There was a dead cockroach behind the bathroom door. Had I discovered these things the night before, I would have demanded a refund and found somewhere else to stay.

Review 20：The price was OK, but what you get for that price is a little disappointing to say the least. The bathrooms are atrocious, the bed was like laying on a sheet if plywood, the pillows were literally paper thin, and when I asked if I could get another room, I was told that they are all like that, no difference. So I had to ask for basically another entire bed set to try and make the sleep somewhat more comfortable (which I was allowed a comforter and a sheet).

Review 25：The man at the check in counter was curt and not at all helpful and we could barely understand or hear him through the bullet proof glass. the room was dirty; Our bathroom had stains in the tub and on the walls, we only got 1 small towel (a rag basically) even though we said 3 people were staying together. Went to the "front desk" to ask for two more towels so they gave us one. Got one small bar of soap and nothing else. The beds were hard and the WiFi reception was terrible. Basically, the only reason you should stay here is if you're stuck in Santa Ana with no where to go for the night. Otherwise, it's a dive. At $80 a night I feel completely ripped off.

Review 30：Upon arrival, the owner was not at all welcoming.. He indicated that both my credit cards would not go through which I found more than surprising. He demanded cash. Shortly after, I used my credit card in a store and it cleared instantly. The towels were exceedingly thin and there was a tiny bar of soap. Fortunately, my travel kit has all necessary items in the event the hotel doesn't. If you are on a budget and merely need a place to sleep, i would give it a barely passing score.

Curtains frayed, bad oder in room. Maybe pets or who knows what. unplugged referigator and not a good smell when opening door. Coffee pot, but no coffee. I had a resivation for two beds, but was given room with only one. Had a difficult time getting on the internet, but finally did. The one and only light in the room was a dim ceiling light and the switch was by the door. If there would have been table lamps it would have been better. The one wall was unpainted where a wall lamp was removed. The facility was simply gross and awful. The ratings on your booking site gave much better reviews than it should have. I wont ever stay at a Travel Inn again unless it is an emergency. You need an additional category in addition to Excellent, Good, Fair and Poor. You need a heading that says BAD!
