Review 1：No on site facilities for essentials and also no onsite reception you have to go to Aston shores for films, queries, check in, check out etc

Review 3：All of the dining chairs were broken. One could actually get hurt by sitting on them. The kitchen was poorly equipped! For example, no salt! One bathtub was blocked and the handle on one toilet was broken, so it was not possible to flash the toilet.
