Review 2：Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Breakfast choices were more than expected. Convenient to many restaurants.

Review 5：Overbooking meant my king size room was unavailable when I checked in. I had two options. A queen that attached to a smoking room and smelled like it and a double full room that the air was not working up to capacity in. Hmmm,Kelly showed me both rooms. I opted for the full w/out the air in good condition. Upon checking under the mattress and behind the headboard for bedbugs I did find one small bug (not a bedbug). I found a malted milk ball on the floor and chocolate smeared on the bed skirt. I also found a dirty hairbrush wedged between the mattress and the wall. Disgusting. A large bug was on the ceiling. Did not feel overly safe. Construction workers outside drinking beer; hanging out.

Review 6：The one saving grace was Kelly, the manager, who went out of her way to make my stay better. Kelly brought me a fan to use and also killed the large bug on my wall/ceiling for me. She was the only thing that saved my stay!

Review 7：WiFi was a little slow but we weren't in the room that much.

Review 8：King size bed was great, hot showers, breakfast was good, price was awesome, very clean rooms, and great location to beach and food places.

Review 9：We were on a professional photo shoot and hair care was especially important. The hair dryer didn't work in our room and we called the desk at 5 am for a replacement and we were told there was nothing he could do. The manager advised me later that they had 3 blow dryers at the front desk.

Review 10：The manager was friendly and went the extra mile. We left a bathing suit behind and she mailed it to us.

Review 11：I was not registered as I had been booked and it took about fifteen minutes to get the lower price that I had booked. I also booked three weeks prior to arrival and asked for first floor room. The last first floor room was given to a man that had just arrived without reservations. There was not adequate parking on the side of the building in which my room was located.

Review 62：Probably not enough words.Grime build up on the table and arms of chairs, after using a hand towel to clean the grime, my hand was a bold,black contrast print on the yellow white hand towel. Musty/Damp air..made me feel like there were "spores" in the air..w/my 84 y/o mother... if it weren't late at night, I would've searched a new venue. I couldn't stay another nite, left with being charged for my 2nd night. I've stayed many places and hotels while in sales...I should've known better, Best Westerns are just not consistent in quality...one never knows what to expect....Unfortunately, because of this experience... I wont be seeing the likes of them again. And that's too bad, you've been around for quite awhile....it's hotels like this one that are detrimental to your health...

Review 64：While breakfast was extensive and we were there around 7 a.m., eggs were very overcooked and nothing was very hot (bacon, sausage, pancakes....). Also, it was difficult to control room temperature.
