Review 1：- The coffee at the breakfast was not very good.
Review 2：- Excellent hotel, very clean, and close to the main street which leads to the church. - Friendly staff, extremely polite willing to help with any information. They offer you maps of Medjugorje and even lend you walking sticks which are useful when climbing de Hill. They speak English very well. - Good wi-fi, though signal quality drops in several spots inside the room. - The beds are comfortable and the rooms are decorated with great taste. - There are several TV channels in English, although whoever comes to Medjugorje must have other plans than watching TV. - Good breakfast with multiple choices; still, it lacks sausages, bacon and toast. - Excellent value for money
Review 3：The Staff were exceptional very friendly and courteous. There is no tea making facilities in the room and Natella front desk was very helpful in organizing a hot water jug for us,
Review 4：Inevitably, with such a new apartment, we had a few minor plumbing problems but these were sorted out quickly. Wifi occasionally struggled and there was no TV or audio system, which gave us a welcoming quiet holiday but maybe not to everyone's taste.
Review 5：We stayed in a new apartment that was very well furnished and had three large air-conditioned bedrooms. The kitchen huge lounge and kitchen facilities were excellent and the standard of furnishing was high. Staff were extremely helpful and could not have done more to make our stay very pleasant. Local amenities were all close by the hotel.
Review 6：Apartment was very big and new. Kitchen was stocked with all the basic necessities... sugar, salt, oil and vinegar, etc. That means a lot, as many apartments do not provide this. Very close to the church, a walking distance away which made it great. I will stay again when we go back to visit this holy place.

Review 9：We arrived late to find out that booking we had made was not in the hotel itself but flats nearby. As soon as we were given our flat we expressed our dislike for it. Staff was nice enough to accommodate us in the hotel eventhough they were fully booked . Loved the staff and room was tiny but very clean and comfortable.
