Review 1：No pool towels available. Accommodation poor and poorly equipped. Resort looks very tired and in need of renovation. Most staff pretty unhelpful, in fact the friendliest most helpful were janitors and cleaners. Did not meet our expectations from the description given. View from balcony some trees on main road. Could here people and lift as bedrooms right in front walkway.

Review 5：Bed very uncomfortable. Couldn't relax as felt as though we were intruding. We're not allowed to walk around the resort in swimwear. Not allowed to take drinks to pool side. How stupid it's a holiday resort. Beach virtually unusable at high tide. The air con which was in the bedroom, was like an air craft taking off every 15 mins. This has to be the worse hotel we have ever stayed in. The worse location ever as too far from anything. Not one peace of information was available for the the tourist except which of the hotel restaurants they wanted you to eat in. Just had the worst experience I wanted to leave before the first night as I hated it there. Do not stay unless you want to be isolated from everything and don't mind eating at the hotel the whole time. Zero rating from us.

Review 7：One of the valet staff had been drinking. The porch was dirty and the floors inside were dirty. One sliding door did not lock correctly. I did not get the price promised on Booking.com after we got there. So I had to pay more and this after calling the hotel and Booking.com both the day before arrival. Thank goodness they still had a room open or we would have been out of luck, our booking.com reservation was not in hotel computer after Booking.com assured me it was.

It would have been nice to have a little cafe inside the hotel for coffee and sandwiches. Also the pool was kinda dirty and needed the siding to be scrubbed.

Review 15：It is a credit card only resort. No cash! We did not know. We had brought cash for the vacation and everything in the resort go to your room. and is charged on whatever card you had reserved the room on.

Review 20：Beaching it there was a breeze! Towels, water, chairs umbrellas already there for guests was a treat. Ordering lunch on the beach from staff was great! All ocean view rooms.

Review 21：The "adult experience" pool was loaded with kids. They also occupied the lounge chairs leaving no place for my husband and I to lounge. At one point we had to go to the "kiddie" pool to be able to sit down.

Review 24：Our favorite part of the resort were the pools! There's something for everyone. The beach was beautiful and it was so nice having the complementary chairs and umbrella set up for the guests of the hotel.

Bed linens were dirty when we arrived and were never changed during entire visit. had to call to get room cleaned. Restaurant was too expensive on lunch & dinner menus.

Review 27：My twin a I wanted a quick getaway I celebrate our birthday with somefriends and this was it! This is actually out second time here as wecelebrated our 30th birthday that was planned for us as a surprise. Ihave to say the second time was even better!!!! We stayed in a 3 bedroomvilla. Though we ventured off property for dinner we, we still enjoyedcooking @ the villa and enjoying the property amenities. We also tookadvantage of the sun dance cruise for a Sunday brunch on the river,which was great as well! Overall we enjoyed everything including thestaff and customer service. We will definitely be back!

Review 28：The staff was overly accommodating! The 3 bedroom villa was so spacious, clean & beautiful! Most relaxing vacation I have ever been on. There are so many places on the property to sit and relax while the kids entertain themselves on the private beach or multiple pools. There is also a ping pong & foosball table that the kids enjoyed. Beach umbrellas & chairs free and the cabana boy sets you up promptly when you arrive at the beach. I can't wait to come back!

Review 29：We had to drive to the pool complex which was on the complete opposite side of the resort. The lounge chairs on the beach and at the pool war about 10 years old and definitely worn out! The beach is completly crushed shells with a little bit of sand mixed in..so walking barefoot is next to impossible. Only one access point to the beach which would require about a 10 to 15 minute walk from our villa on the other side of the resort. The prices for any type of food or snacks on site was absolutely ridiculous. Uncrustables peanut butter and jelly sandwiches were over six dollars. Hotdog nine dollars! French fries six dollars! I am not cheap.. But prices like that are just stupid!

Review 30：We stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom Villa. It was very very nice. However, we were put in a villa that only has views of a road, palm trees, in a little tiny slice of the ocean in the distance. From the front side of the Villa building, we had a view of the guard shack.

Review 31：Confusion of parking, went to self parking under hotel, was like a maze. Encountered two staff members that were not very helpful. Another guest directed us to lobby.

Review 60：Beach although it was a good walk to get there. Before we left we were told they have golf carts, but we weren't told at check in. Water slide was great, but it is not a 6 acre water park.

Review 61：There was a lot of walking which would have been ok but we stayed in the villas and there was limited sidewalks- we mostly had to walk on the road and avoid cars. Which was difficult with having little ones.We had several issues in our condo. The first night none of the TV's worked and we waited along time before anyone came out to fix them. The kitchen sink had a leak and we had to clean the water up that spilled out from under the sink. House keeping took one of our pillowcases that we brought from home off our pillow and no one seems to be able to find it and we felt the staff was not overly concerned. We did not find the staff very helpful or friendly. The only time we ate at the resort was at the pool and found it to be very expense and the waitress did not mention that we could get free refills on our ice tea and lemonade, we found out two days later.

Review 63：I have a disability and it was very hard to find an elevator close to the pools. In addition, there are no gluten free items offered for breakfast. After finding out that Our refrigerator did not work, I had to throw all of our food away. we could not open the sliding glass door to go out on the balcony. Finally, when it was time to leave, the car service could not find my husbands car, causing us to wait almost an hour until they located where they had parked it. I can honestly say that we will never stay at this resort again, especially for the money we spent.

Adults with no children should beable to enjoy an adult pool with only adults Although the policy of theResort is to not allow saving of lounge chairs around the pools it wasnot enforced. No matter how early I went to the pool chairs had towelson them and no people in sight. As an adult looking to spend some quiettime by the pool I was forced to be at a childrens' pool while thefamilies with children took the adult pool over.

He was debating with me whether my room had a golf course view as I was sitting in my room and he was in his office. He could have been more tactfully savvy with respect to my issue. I am probably a snob and could almost afford a five star resort. If you are a four star player this place is a four star resort and does it fairly well. It is a huge place and lacks a sense of intimicacy.

Review 78：Hammock is true 4 star with no five star attributes. Room was borderline tired appearing. Pool area was not dirty but tired in some places. I would not go back. Room was not as described via booking.com. There was no golf course view. Price seemed high for the product delivered. Staff was friendly. Hammock is a glaring example of the difference between four and five stars. They do well for their rating.
