Review 7：The unexpected, unknown change in room fees from night to night. The hidden service charges. The challenge to contact room service and the unknown costs associated with room service orders ( no menu). Staff not knowledgable on prices. False advertising on buffet charges ( it was not clear you had to obtain a casino card) we were not interested in a casino card. We were from out of province.

Review 9：The staff just don't care, particularly the long, light haired girl that checked us in. We were forced to wait for 20 minutes to check-in then another 15 for the elevator as one had to 'reset' and the other was sitting on the second floor, not one staff member would walk up there to bring it down, I asked. I also requested special services that were never fulfilled. The wifi didn't work at all in 501.

Review 11：Beds were too soft, our door was sticking and we had to shove or pull hard to open it, the lighting, especially in the bathroom was terrible and we were right by the elevator and vending machines which were busy so it was very loud!

Review 13：This was our first time staying here and using booking.com. When we arrived, we were advised that we had been upgraded at no charge to a suite. It was unbelievable! 2 bathrooms, king sized bed, 2 televisions, balcony, huge tub and seperate shower.

Review 42：Price discrepancy for breakfast. Signs everywhere said 4.99. We were charged $33, because we did not have a required card that no one told us about. Long long lines at buffet. Because you have to pass through the casino to get to the restaurant, our 4 year old was unable to eat. No one told us this when booking, or we would have stayed elsewhere.

Review 44：The only thing that bothered me was when I spilled my glass of water the bartender rolled his eyes at me. Then when he replaced my glass he didn't replace the lemon and asked me if I wanted a cover for the glass. I was embarrassed as it was and that made it worse.

My husband would have preferred good old fashion tea bags. We really enjoyed the casino. It was our first visit. We look forward to going back sometime. The hotel did, however, take $50 off the price of the room as compensation. Left a pair of sandals there so I e-mailed the manager to inquire about retrieving them. No reply. Phoned the hotel and after getting voicemail, left a message for housekeeping - again no reply. Not impressed.

Review 60：The whole trip was a get away weekend and going to the casino. Our 30 year old daughter has Asthma, she does not speak, understand and is afraid to leave our hand. So off to the Casino,,,,,, We were asked for our drivers licence. We gave them to him,but he refused our daughter. She has a Province of NB ID. It looks like a lience but indicates it is ID. The expiry date had passed ( I was not aware). When you need a new licence you get a letter fron NB. She never got a renewal. This was such a downer. Ruined our moods and shopped only a bit and had to sit in the room with nothing to do. I David I love the mattress but I do not like the frame, I have a 3" cut that bled. Then another cut this morning and roughed the top of my toes. I could go on but will stop here. I do not think we will be staying there again.

Review 61：Not. Much I will explain First I loved the mattress. When I put my head down I was out of it. When I first walked in the room it smelled of dirty socks. I realize kids and pool and water on rugs. Some how you should either shampoo carpet or tell clients the dis and fonts

Review 62：Because I am disabled, with mobility, back/hip issues, I do not sleep well in a flat bed, no matter how many pillows I use to prop up, I'm always in pain. At home, I have an adjustable bed; I know that would be very expensive to outfit all rooms with these beds, but perhaps just the rooms for the disabled, or at the very least, a LazyBoy Chair in the room. They are very comfortable and one can sleep on it very nicely. And, perhaps a more varied breakfast menu for those who want to have breakfast in their room. All in all, we did have an enjoyable stay. We will be back again.

Review 63：I am disabled and loved the large bathroom/shower with the bench seat. The room was spacious and lovely. The food was good; the staff very helpful.

Review 64：I arrived early and asked to have an early check in because I had to leave Fredericton due to the tropical storm Arthur. I paid $219.00 and didn't get into my room until 3:30pm .There wasn't a lot of people asking for early check in and I was trying to get ready for a wedding. The staff could have been more cooperative in my opinion.
