Review 1：Bathroom very dirty, room is cold and heater didnt work, never even met the owner, was charged more than agreed for the second night

Review 4：It was Very Close to The Prudential Stadium/ NJ Penn Station Where i needed to go. The room was clean,The house was cozy and the Owner was very accommodating. It was everything i was hoping for, I am Very Sastisfied!

Review 8：This place was convenient to NJ light rail which we took to Newark Penn Station to get to NYC. It felt safe, we had parking for car, free. Twin beds comfortable, sheets clean, quilts available, bathroom adequate but basic, kitchen with coffee maker, microwave. Price was right.

Review 13：Classic guest house. My older son and I were helping my younger son move into his dorm. This was a great option for us to spend two nights close to NYC for the price of one night in the city. You have to be comfortable sharing the house with other travelers. Unit is really close to PATH train which was super convenient. Also don't miss TOPS Diner only a short drive away.
Review 14：The helpfulness of George, a very nice man. Gave great directions from the train station and someone was at the guest house to meet my daughter (Sara). Accommodation was comfortable. George took Sara to meet up with onward travelling party early in the morning, he really helped her. Thanks George.
