Review 1：Staff was incompetent and the phones in the room did not work. One of our rooms were missing shampoo upon checkin; despite two separate requests, it was not delivered until we checked out. Also recommend eating out.

Review 7：It was more like a mocamp. Room was a suit?? So a bit large. Breakfast was awful with flies all over them. No parking because located at the end of a dead road.

Review 17：We have stayed with Butikhan for the third time over the past two years. It excels in hospitality and friendliness. We have felt welcome every time. Upon arrival they offered us a room in their newly built hotel opposite the street. We turned this offer down as we very much like the rooms behind the restaurant just past the pool. The rooms are basic but have everything you want including refrigerator, air conditioning and window screens to keep the mosquitos out. You can start your day enjoy breakfast overlooking the beach and the bay area. During our stay we also had lunch and dinners being most of the time the small meze plates, which we highly recommend. Service has been excellent and they are wonderful with small children. We will definitively come back again!

It was kind of remote so if you are going to want to do any toursit is difficult. The hotel has two new buildings that are supper new andvery modern, with lots of upgrades and very stylish. The main buildingis old but fantastic views. Everyone there gets to know you quickly andremembers your likes and caters to you.
