Review 1：Noise of some machine in the morning.. Lack of hotel transport. lack of coordination with any of town's restaurants or nightspots.
Review 2：I liked the fireplace in the room. I liked the easy access to stairways. I liked the location. I liked the casual but efficient management style.
Review 3：Great staff and the rooms were wonderful. Took some time to sit in the jacuzzi that was wonderful too. The breakfast and coffee was a very nice addition.

Review 5：The staff kindly upgraded us to an ocean view suite and allowed us to check in early. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for my birthday. Made for a very smooth transition coming off the ferry and a very enjoyable stay. The location is also great, across the street from an incredible spa and nestled above a courtyard of cute shops and cafes. The live music being played on Sunday afternoon in the courtyard was the perfect combination.
Review 6：For that money we really didn't have a nice room- the value wasdefinitely not there. It was very simple, outdated ihome that no phonecan be connect to anymore, the toiletries of shampoo and body wash werealready half empty and our balcony was directly up against a wall. Also,the air conditioning is a wall unit mounted to the floor and it blewdirectly on the bed without the ability to change the direction of thefan. We both ended up a little stuffed up the next day. When we checkedin she said the hotel was not full, so I'm wondering why they woulduse that horrible room in the first place.

Review 8：Restaurant food was not good. Food came out cold and way too quick . We had an older room, bed very hard. Rooftop jacuzzi way too small , only fits about 6 people.

Review 11：The "free Wi-Fi" never worked. I didn't get the room that I thought I booked because I booked it from booking.com. I was traveling with my mom for her 89th birthday and she doesn't like sharing a bed, so instead of two doubles like it said in my booking, we got one king bed. Then there was the rock in my scone that wasn't a raisin after all, and we never got into the sun deck and jacuzzi area to enjoy what would have been a beautiful view because we always found the gate locked even though several staff members insisted the door was not locked. What else would you call a deadbolt that required a key...and not a room key?

Review 13：A lot of the hotel, is very dated, but they covered it up with cosmetic changes. The jacuzzi had something gross floating in it, so we didn't go in. It's a shame, the hotel has potential.

Review 15：This was my first time to the island and couldn't decide on renting s condo or hotel. I wanted a great view but also wanted to be near everything. My so glad I decided to stay here I got that and so much more. Veronica and her staff were so nice and took care of all of our needs. We can't wait to go back!!

Review 18：The daily recycling and garbage truck noise in the alley next to the majority of rooms. It started at 5:30 am. They also didn't have any refrigerators or coffee/hot water pots in the room. The hotel is next to a grocery store where the delivery trucks were constantly backing in and out with constant backup beeping!

Review 23：The room was fabulous and we loved the location on the 4th floor with a small spa and patio area right outside our door. Check in time is usually 3:00 but we were able to get in as soon as we arrived at around 10:45. That was marvelous!!

Also felt like room that cost 720/ 2 nights would have been in better condition. Face towels had holes in them...smh. should have just stayed at regular hotel in Catalina. All hotels are close to each other so price is only difference. Had a view of side street where golf carts go all night. "Quoted" hillside view...lol

Review 31：The rooms were large and comfortable. The hotel was close to restaurants, activities, and the beach. We had a partial view room, but you wouldn't know it as it looked out to the chime tower and the bay.

Review 34：The room was gorgeous, roomy, with a fireplace. The bed was very comfortable and the turn down service was a nice touch. The spa with ocean view was very relaxing. The location was perfect! Right off the beach and near a ton of stores and restaurants. One of my favorite stores is CC Gallaghers (do go.....it's awesome!) The staff is amazing. Veronica is a doll. The breakfast is nice too before hitting the beach.

It is next to the Von's Market and they offload containers beginning at 6 AM every morning so it is very noisy.... Also, I did not have Internet problems but my friends were not able to connect to the Internet from their room just down the hall.
