Review 1：My only (very minor) complaints would be the lack of lighting in the kitchen area and the fact that the refrigerator didn't have a freezer compartment. Also, the bathroom fan was a little weak.

Review 2：Really loved the place. Comfortable and clean two room suite with great balcony and ocean view, full kitchen, good shower, etc. Staff was really nice, especially housekeepers. Great deal in the off-season.

Review 3：The front desk attitude. I asked to change rooms because next door neighbor had loud music. Was asked what did I expect since it was Christmas Eve? Decor needs updating. Bed not comfortable.

Review 5：Front desk workers act like their hands were tied if u needed something, wood door to balcony was a deal breaker, handicapp wasn't really handicapp, no smoking even on balcony? didn't like the bed at door and a big ass window why is beyond me to even have window. Kind of blank as far as a resort cause wasn't anything there to suggest resort. Just not as grand as I expected. I saw picture with full refrigerator brought food but it thawed cause no freezer was in little refrigerator why I don't know but they need to fix it.

Review 7：We knew that the breakfast was supposed to be minimal and it was. Would be great if you added hot eggs or a waffle machine. That being said, lots of coffee. basic cereal and bread. staff kept it clean and stocked.

Review 8：I absolutely loved being on the beach with a balcony overlooking the ocean. We were there at a quieter time so very relaxing. We had geat weather and saw dolphins twice a day.

Review 12：After night 1 we left early and anticipated a clean room when we came back,especially after running into the house keeper in the hallway and being asked if we wanted serviced. Came back later in the evening to an untouched room with the same house keeper claiming she didn't know who had our room but offered us towels. After night 2 we were packing up to check out and house keeping knocked on the door around 0945. Explained we were on our way to check out. Overall staff was super nice, would have been nice to have a clean room on day 2 tho.

Review 13：Loved the location right on the boardwalk and the beach. Gorgeous views from the balcony. Very convenient location. A small grocery store (limited & pricey but served the purpose) across the street,numerous restaurants,shops, theme park,mini golf all in walking distance. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Husband and I will visit again.

Review 14：The city dredging the canal made the ocean filthy black and smelly like sewage. It was disgusting. The ocean kept getting dirtier by the minute. We will never go back to Virginia Beach.

The terrasse HAVE SO MUCH POTENTIAL but looks cheap without no confort (small plastic chair) and the bathroom of #736 needs a lot of renovation. The ceiling fallen apart and the caulking on floor/around the bath is terrible.

Review 42：We thought the location was perfect - the less crowded area in Virginia Beach was exactly what we were looking for. We absolutely loved the boardwalk and the nightly live local bands performances. The apartment was great with beautiful views. The bathrooms look updated. They either have a water softener or the water there has a better quality, which is important after a day on the beach. Some things that can improve: the WiFi was sporadic. Sometimes we had trouble connecting to Internet. Also, breakfast coffee could definitely be better.

Review 44：Our room was very clean including the kitchen. There was a small balcony that faced the ocean - my favorite spot to sit and read in the afternoons. The property was right on the boardwalk and walking distance from many restaurants.

Review 45：Air conditoning was either did not work or room temperature was controlled by the hotel. It could not go lower than 75. Sheets, especially ones for the sofa bed, were clean but too old. It had stains and ripped.
