Review 1：Reserved two rooms, one for my mother and one for my daughter and son in law. My mother was especially pleased with the breakfast. They were all very pleased with the accommodations, and highly recommend it.

Review 2：Costumer services. The clerk was to rode.? He never mentioned about the breakfast hrs :-( we miss it up ?.... When we arrived was late and frizzy..... He never give as any direccion to how to get our room ??

Review 22：If I were to tell you the whole story as to why I like this hotel, it would be a love story. LOL! I can't say enough. I stay here everytime I have to be in Modesto. I found this place by complete accident so the meaning of things happening for a reason hold very true. Anyway, was booked at a different hotel the first time I found this place. I was booked at a big chain starts with an La......... they couldn't even check me in properly so I left. I ended up getting on my phone and looking up a place to stay. This was the one that was for some reason calling to me so I booked it and have been back ever since. The first thing I do when I get to a hotel, whether or not ive been there before is to go into the bathroom and look at the tile floors. If I see one hair, Im done and out of there. Well as of today, I have been here 5 times and have booked next week and the following week for the days I am in Modesto for work. The staff is phenomenal. The ladies that take care of the rooms do a top notch job, it shows in the clenliiness of the room. Everything is just perfect for me here. I am close to everything and feel very comfortable and secure here. I hope they don't get sick of seeing me every week, cause "I'll be back"! Thank you to everyone there for making business travel comfortable when you can't be at home in your own bed.

Review 23：I asked for a quiet room and they tried to accommodate us even though it was pretty full. The room was comfortable and clean. The grounds/facilities were well kept. It was close to everything so could walk to dinner and Starbucks. There were some friendly cats on the premises which felt like home.

Review 34：A small hotel with a very friendly approach. Every evening they served chesse and wine as a service to the guests. The hotel was situated close to the bay and it was easy to find restaurants in the neighbourhood. The room was big and clean. The pool was small but great for relaxing.

Review 38：I did not think the bed was comfortable (although my wife thought itwas). The name of the hotel is not the same as the name of the hotel webooked on the website. Apparently they are going through a change ofmanagement. There was not an unused electrical outlet on my side of thebed, so I had to unplug the clock to plug in my cpap.

Review 43：The hotel was extremely clean and the pool area was great. We were there for a softball tournament and had a group of families staying. The hotel was able to place us in the same area of the hotel which was great. The kitchen and bar staff was AMAZING, extremely helpful and accommodated every single one of our requests (and we had lots of them!). The location of the hotel was fantastic, a Winco and Walmart within walking distance, as well as several restaurants.

Review 54：Location, Location, Location.....Park Inn can't be beat. Within a short walk is Olive Garden, In-n -Out Berger, an a shopping center with a Wal mart just in case you forgot something. It's just a hiccup away from the hi-way. There is also a gas station a stones throw away. Our room had a full bath and also a separate sink with a big mirror, a coffee/tea maker & a refrigerator. They will bring you a microwave on request. Breakfast is included with your stay and the selection is outstanding. I love breakfast, so this was one of my favorite amenities. There are several areas to relax, out by the pool and hot tub or in the courtyard. The fitness area is very nice. I was traveling with my sister-in-law and we both would stay at the Park Inn in a heart beat. If you chose the Part Inn, I hope your experience is as wonderful as our.

Wifi would never stay connected, small towels, found other persons pubes in bathroom including in "cleaned" shower and on too of clean towels as well. Parking spaces aren't well lit or watched, I was always worried someone was going to break into my car.
