Review 11：This is actually the best Best Western I have stayed at. They are doing things right, from soft to hard pillows to the room being so clean. The shuttle drivers are excellent.

Review 12：The member of staff who checked me in didn't advise of the $100 deposit being taken. They also said it would go back on my card within 48hrs, which it didnt. I had to call my bank to reverse the charge.

Wall cooler sounded like it was on its last leg Cheap cable, no guide to let you know what is on. I will not stay at Best Western again.

Couldn't bring alcohol into the gated pool area as there was no where else to where we all could sit down and bs with few cocktails. Hottub was gross with scum floating the whole 5 days we were there. Need a sitting place outside for people to just sit with beverages

If you are looking for a place that has 1 million channels then this would not be the hotel for you. The pool is a little on the small side so one family can kind of take it over.

The architecture of the hotel itself stood out, even though we were surrounded by other very reputable hotels . The free breakfast was the best we have had because they cook your eggs or waffles to order.

Review 46：The billing process is messy and allocation of breakfast stub. I booked 4 rooms for three days. They seem to charge my card each day each room. That said, my bank perceived it as an anomaly. I had to call my bank to confirm transaction, and release hold. So, in my bank statement, showed for each day, 4 transactions for the four rooms. That's just for one day. Imagine if you stayed 3 days or more. I have to stop by at the counter everyday to get our free break fast stub. On the night of Friday, the Receptionist on duty, around night time, claimed he cannot give us our breakfast stub as it was already given us. The receptionist on duty advised me to speak to the manager and that I should have the Blue stub. I told him that we are issued of Yellow stub each day of our stay, I just chose not to argue. Bottom line is , the hotel did not issue us a breakfast stub for a day.

Will definitely stay here again! Close to Disney, knotts, the beach, and shopping. Perfect place for families with small kids:)

Review 94：The rooms are old.we took 3 rooms in each one of them we had a problem. 1 had ants the fan on bathroom didn't work,the other room the bed sheets were dirty and also for of ants,we talk with the staff few time-they send a guy to fix the fan and he did fix that but it had a big squeaking sounds come of it that you can stand for more then 2 min. They give us rooms on the second floor-when people are walking on the 3 floor you can hear them very loudly.fitness room is a joke-only 3 machines that none of them is working correctly . Breakfast is nightmare you have 400 Peolole coming to breakfast with 10 tables only. One of our towels were full with black hairs-like someone did an haircut on it.

Review 95：The food was okay, the room appeared to be clean, but when looking for my daughters shoe under the bed, we found food wrappers that was not from us and toys, which was a plus for my kids. trouble finding parking near room, one morning we returned to a car full of ants, be cause we parked to close to a bush, which was the only parking avail, I told the front desk staff about it, but they didn't seem to concerned about it.

Review 102：Upon check-in the clerk was extremely rude. He placed a $100 hold on my card in addition to the room charge. When I asked why, he stated in case there was any damage to the room. After I saw the room it was impossible to damage this room. When I challenged this, he became very argumentative and said all hotels do this. Funny, because I had just been in Disneyland and my hotel did not do this. When we arrived at the room, after walking for miles it seemed. The room was hot and smelled horrible. Throughout the night the room never cooled down and the smell was dominant all night. The room was very old and not very clean. I was to stay 2 nights, but checked out the next day. For $140 a night this room was not worth $10 for my experience. I checked out and moved my business to the Marriott. After this experience I have vowed that I would never try to save money on a hotel. I feel a Motel 6 would have been a step up from this location.
