Review 1：The door didn't properly lock, bathroom was extremely tiny, when I turned the heater on it made the room smell, to loud outside, no customers service when needed,never properly cleaned

Review 9：In a not so safe part if town. A man we never met before, and doesn't work there, came up to us asking for money as soon as we got there.

Review 13：From the moment I pulled into the parking lot I was nervous and would have left if it wasn't charged to my card already. The worker was sketchy and I was nervous leaving my 20 year old daughter in the car while I got the key. The room had a funky smell and was hot when we went in. It took a while to get the room cooled down. There were only two outlets and neither was easily accessible. Didn't even attempt to find an ice machine. We locked the three locks on the door and pushed the bedside table in front of it and didn't want to go outside. This is when we found the bugs. At least they were dead.
Review 14：Leaving. Actually, there were nice pictures on the wall.
Review 15：The walls in the bath room were so dirty my wife would not shower in it. There was a prominent water leak in the bathroom and a pool of water at the rear wall. The TV had a very fuzzy picture not clear at all.
Review 16：The place is in need of serious remodeling. I had noisy neighbors who love to turn up the music when one of their favorite songs was playing. This went on until 11:30 when I had enough. Also I requested a late check out when booking the room and also when I checked in. Come 11 am the phone started ringing, but since I was recovering via soaking, I just let it go. I got a lovely glare from the woman who took my key upon checking out.
Review 17：The location was ideal to the Rose Park as I was there for a half marathon and could easily walk to and back from the start line.
