Review 1：Made reservation on May 3 (4 months prior) requesting ground-level room with king bed. Unable to get a room on the first floor, room had a large hole in carpet and bed spread.

Review 2：Location.

Review 3：The rooms were dirty and needed repairs.We had 2 rooms.The sheets and mattresses were stained and worn out. The air conditioner would cut off and on.Went to breakfast and the cereal was out and had only 1 honey bun all that was left was toast to eat. We had checked in at aroynd 1a.m. and checked out at 9a.m. it was horrible. After all that trouble the lady would not give us a refund or help in any way. It was the worst experience we have had with a hotel. We had 5 kids with us and had to cut the trip short it was disappointing!!

Review 4：I've stayed at a few Red Roof Inns. This is the first time I've ever had something negative to say. First the lady who checked me in was on the phone the entire time. This is unprofessional in my view. The room had a old musky smell to it. Then i went to take a shower after being on the road for 6hrs and the towels had brown stains on them and the tub was stained and had hair in it! Luckily wal mart was close by, cause I had to buy towels to shower and cleaner to spray down the tub. It's true you get what you pay for. I will pay for peace of mind next time.

Review 6：Literally 25 minutes to check in & I was the only one in line. Checkin clerk had no clue what she was doing. Hotel was very dirty . do notbelieve the pictures.

Review 7：found a bed bug crawling on my husbands pillow at 8am. Upon further inspection we found several on the bed and several blood spots on both beds and urine stains on the other. Hotel was dated but wouldn't have been an issue if it weren't for the bugs and smell! Staff was nice and breakfast was very limited. Promised a refund but yet to receive it.

Review 12：The TV did not have any service and the room though it appeared clean did not have a "clean" smell about it when we entered. They advertised Continental Breakfast but none was evident in the morning at check out. The bathroom looked like it needed attention.

Review 20：Rooms smelled bad, bedding was poor, the free "breakfast" consists of fruit loops, instant oatmeal and white bread. Juice, we'll all I can say is that I'm not sure what it was as it didn't look like or have the color of juice.

Review 21：There were no pillows on the bed. The staff had to go to empty rooms to try to find pillows and I still didn't get enough. The locks on the door were not secure enough for my 3 year old toddler. He kept opening the door and going out the room. I asked for a non smoking room and you could smell smoke in the room. The phone was dusty so I don't think the rooms were being cleaned right. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 24：Dead bugs along the walls. No scald guard type of faucets to keep kids from getting burnt. Slow wi-fi. Lack of towels. Clean the unheated outdoor pool more than they clean the rooms. Poor breakfast to choose from. Bed linens had holes & was stained. Room smelled musty air conditioning was turned on.

Review 26：First room the air didn't work and smelled terrible. The second room the air worked but the smell was hard to bear, there were no towels, they brought us some that looked very dirty and stained. I would never stay there again and I don't recommend anyone else staying there. It was a total dump!!

Review 29：On our way back the room we had was a disaster. Nothing worked and the bed had a big dent in the middle. The carpet was so nasty my shoes were sticking to it. There was BBQ sauce on the kitchen floor. The ironic part is that they told me I couldn't have the room I was in because it wasn't clean.

Review 66：Parked and found ants crawling all over everything the next morning. Had to buy bug spray and spend time "de-anting" my motorcycle. No wifi working at all.

Review 67：I didn't like the complication of getting the TV to function. I didn't like that I couldn't even use the wifi because the signal strength was too poor. I didn't like the breakfast either. The choice of food was fine, there just wasn't any real care for it by the employees. The rooms could use some plastic wear as well.

Review 74：I did not like the front desk gentlemen, I left a request to have a12:30pm c/o and he said he made a note. My husband & I wereawoke that morning @ 10:00am to ask if we were gona stay another niteafter..really? I also did not like the filthyness of the bathroom. Therewas hair all over the tub & shower & when you try to call andcomplain no one is ever there to answer the phone. We were tired and sowe decided rather than leave we would just stick it out..really wishedwe hadnt!! Won't reccomend that motel/hotel to anyone and willtell everyone who ask not to go there. Sorry to be so blunt but it is aterrible place to stay unless you like to see drug deals going on mostof the night and day!.
