Review 1：The Indian front desk hold his phone in his language about 10 minutes . Not yet he served other two customers behind me to renew the room. Finally ......me but uh That is enough......I do business to but not acceptable... room smell like rat, toilet even worse, chairs...... you go to Craigslist get FREE chair even way better.......

Review 4：The staff was very rude! I'm assuming it was the owner but an older male Indian in race was very rude. They charge WAY too much for the type of facility it was. It says the y have breakfast..but some stale bread and a toaster doesn't really qualify to me.

Review 10：I had business to conduct in Fremont and San Jose but i couldn't afford a room in those cities- Executive Inn is very centrally located in Milpitas and it was the only affordable option.

Review 12：Dirty surrounding. No towel rack or closet. Furniture was old and raggdy. WiFi did not work i could not conduct my business. Had to pay with cash because card machine was not working. Door lock on room was broken. Room halfway painted. Did not feel safe. TV was very old and channels were static.
Review 13：Blood all over the room, on walls, bed, lights. Faulty electrical fixtures with bare wire visible. Cockroaches we running around the room, when I complained they put the room phone down after saying them had no other rooms. Door didn't close so the noise from the freeway was so loud I had to play music from my phone to drown it out.
Review 14：The phone didn't work, the TV didn't work & the door had a piece of cardboard (yes, I said card board!) jammed into it. I even put my suitcase in front of the door. I asked for a wake-up call & thank goodness I had my cell phone to set the alarm, because I never got the wake up call. I will Never stay there again!! :(

Review 22：The worst hotel I've seen in decades. Dank, unpleasant ... perfect for a meth lab, perhaps. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I didn't spend the night there. Nearby was the Embassay Suites, a very classy hotel for only an additional $50 per night compared to the cost of the Executive Inn.

Review 24：Pictures were missing from my room the ceiling was cracked and sagging drawers were missing out of the furniture there are stains on the wall there is dirt in the corners of the room the bed was uncomfortable and springy and squeaky there are holes in the wall that works at least patched and painted my room window have blinds but the curtains were missing and some of the blind slats for broken which let light come in the room from outside Dave bath towels or extremely thin and almost falling apart and upon checking out the person working the front desk just shouted for me to leave the key and didn't come out from the room he was in basically the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Review 30：Tiny room with little room to move around. I put a towel over the chair to sit on as it looked very dirty. Also dirty near top of shower walls - some was stain, but some was dirt (it disappeared when I ran my finger through it). Not much of a breakfast. We were away during the day, so only there at night. Therefore it was tolerable.

Review 38：Customer service at check in, was poor...charged the wrong credit card. Owner is rude and not cooperative when found wrong card was charged. Claimed that was "my fault". I explained to service desk at time of check-in the room was to be charged to specific card, which also was swiped. But card that held reservation was charged. Poor breakfast choices, one time of cereal and white bread available. Would not recommend this place. If looking to charge higher rates for 2016 Super Bowl football game. Needs a lot of improvements!
Review 39：The room was very small and extremely worn. It was in desperate need of new paint. The bed raised up at the top if you sat on the bottom.The tub's floor was warped, chipped, peeling. We were only given 1 wash cloth and 2 towels. The room description said it included amenities...we had 1 tube of soap only. The tv's color was fading therefore the tv had a permanent rainbow. And last but not least, I saw a cockroach crawling in the bathroom in the middle of the night while using the restroom. The place is a complete DUMP! Annoyed I payed what I did for the room. Annoyed the description nor pictures on line matched the hotel at all. I will not be staying at this hotel EVER again!

Review 41：Wifi crashed every few minutes and stayed disconnected for 30 minutes or more making it impossible to get work done. Had to go to Starbucks to check email. The "breakfast" was the tasteless rolls and dry cereal.

When complaint second time ask to speak with manager he choose not to speak with me at all :(. I was very dissapointed and upset due to the lack of professionalisim for this location. When I ask for a corp number they say not avilable only email address. When return to my room my key access was deactivated had to return to front desk to ask to activate again.

Overall experience was extremely horrible!!! I would neverrecommend this dump !

Review 67：While I was given a different room for a better location (I was traveling solo), I felt that the sheet were so worn out (you could see through them) and they did not smell fresh. The pillows were substandard, as were the towels. The bath towels were the size of hand towels and I only got one wash cloth. I got up in the middle of the night only to discover that there were roaches in the bathroom. I killed one next to the tissue holder, and to my amazement and disgust the remains were not cleaned up, and were still on evident on the tissue holder when I checked out. I needed a shower after my shower - this only proves to me that "get what you pay".
Review 68：That the owner or manager had the desk clerk changed my room after I had already checked in, but was not happy with the location of my room. I was prepared to leave even if it meant being charged for two nights. I felt that at least he tried to accommodate my displeasure of the location I was initially given.
Review 69：The room had roaches and bugs crawling around. When I notified the front desk, the man would not be bothered to even get up from his chair, and i was told to throw the bugs out. Room change request was not honored.

The bed was old and stiff and the pillows were tiny and flat. The room was disgusting. Floor looked like it hadn't been swept. Walls are grime on them. Bathroom was hair all over in it. We slept with the lights on in hopes it would keep the roaches from coming out.

It was 1:30 am and I was stillawake!...The bath tub in room 208 is cracked and looks disgusting. Thetoilet paper holder is very rusty and looks bad. The bathroom floor wasnot swept well. The breakfast was really sad and the coffee did nottaste like Starbucks as the ad claimed. Never staying here again!

Review 86：The staff was a very bad personality person. Who is in the frontdesk. When we were chek in there he had a little Smiled face but after that his fase was getting harder and harder like a stone. No answered for our asking and no late checking time, very very hurried checking out.

I found another room first thing the next morning (it was a busy hotel night, no handy rooms nearby, not easy to leave that night).
Review 89：Surly night clerk, charged $10 over Booking.com reservation, wouldn't provide receipt, Room shabby and extremely dirty (hairs on sheets and sinks, etc.) Wifi didn't connect. We stayed one hour and realized how creepy it was, and the motel wouldn't provide a refund because we'd "stayed an hour". Very rude staff. Looks to be a "rent by the hour" type of place.
Review 90：Booked through Booking.com and got confirmation number but there's no room available upon arriving. Manager (Executive Inn, Milpitas, CA) hung-up phone while talking with Booking.com's rep for an accommadation. Had to spend 2+ hours to find another near by hotel around midnight. Never want to think even about this again!!!
Review 91：This place is a joke. Looks nice on pictures but nothing like it in person. I booked a non smoking room and ended up in a smoking room with everything smelling like cigarettes. Free wifi was pointless, could never hold a good signal. Very poor. Couldn't sleep, I was very itchy and could hear the cars on the freeway. Worse stay. I would rate this hotel the same level as ez 8.
Review 92：The room they moved us into could use some repairs. There were cig burn marks on the tub and hairs on the bedding. Only one lamp worked. You get what you pay for. But overall NOT bad.

In the middle of the night I had drive up to Walgreens store and purchase a spray can. I slept with the room light on since I was afraid there may be bigger roaches. The manager reimbursed money for the spray next morning without any questions (I guess they know about the problem).

Review 110：-They did not have the room we booked, gave us a 2 bed room and wanted us to move rooms the second night or up-charge us! -Towels were stained. -Housekeeping took our dirty towels and did not leave us new ones. We went to the front desk and they said they did not have access to "supplies." When we checked out and complained, the receptionist giggled at this... -The sink dripped all day and night. -Our in-room phone, remote control, and lamp did not work. -No "Do Not Disturb" sign. -Breakfast was a joke; two pastries, a loaf of bread and coffee at 8am. -No fitted sheets. -Guests arguing about "killing" each other in the middle of the night!

Review 112：Everything. It was run down. People yelling and talking all nite outside. Wood floors were coming apart. I was traumatized. Bad location. No wash cloths. Someone needs to call the health department. Staff, rude and can't understand English. Shell I say more. I will never go there again.....

Review 114：The people loitering around the hotel were scary. Upon arriving, there was someone getting arrested in the parking lot right out front which didn't make us feel very safe. A neighboring window was broken during our stay which also scared us. All in all, we will not be returning for safety reasons.

Review 123：It's only a couple miles to the great mall that has light rail to Levis stadium, so location if your going to Levi's stadium from out of town it's not far from there

It also has a couple charcoal bbqs on a outdoor sitting area which I enjoyed I think that's the thing I liked the most being able to BBQ and relax while enjoying a nice summer night
