Review 1：Unfortunately guests have no respect nor consideration for others. Guests were drinking, loud conversationso outside their rooms, slamming doors all night. Very uncomfortable. No security around to supervise.

Review 3：Wi Fi went down every 10 minutes. Gave up on it. No breakfast whatsoever.

Review 5：It smelled awful. It is dirty. The towels were hard and seemed unclean. The carpet was old and greasy-I had to wear socks. It just felt gross to be there. I was so glad it was for only one night. The toilet seat was lopsided. I would never stay there again-EVER!

Review 11：Where do I start. Our reservation was messed up twice for our threerooms. Pounding on floor above for renovations all afternoon long.Impossible to relax. Made my father vacate his room for a handicapcustomer after 1.5 days in his room. Why put him there if you know youneed a disability accessible room? Leaks from walls, beds were horrible.Sheets didn't even stay on beds. Two towels for four people. Woke usup at 4am to move our vehicle. Said manager of nearby restaurant wasgoing to tow all 10 vehicles parked in the unmarked area. Ice machinesbroken. This hotel is home for several families that live there. Willnot be staying at any red roof inn again.

Review 15：The laundry facility needs an overhaul. Only one washer and one dryer were okay to use. All the other machines were out of order.

Review 17：The room was disgusting. My husband saw a cockroach in one of the drawers. We stayed in the ADA room because it was all that was available. The bathroom was moldy, smelled terrible, and the wall was crumbling and warped. We actually went to Wal-Mart and bought Roach Killer, Bleach, Comet, Clorox Cleaner and a brush. My husband scrubbed the entire shower down, so I would feel a little better about going into it. Not what you should have to spend time doing while you are on vacation. Also, because we were staying for 13 nights, we were put into the last wing where they rent the rooms out to people who live there and pay weekly/monthly. I totally did not feel safe with these shady characters hanging out in the hallways and parking lot. We will never come back there.

Review 19：First off, when I called down to the desk to get a few more towels delivered to my room the guy who answered said yes, but I would have to come and get them. I didn't feel safe there. There was one night we came back late from Disneyland with my 3 kids and there was a bunch of guys/hoodlums look like a drug sale going on. Then we found roaches two of them in the room. I told the girl upon check out and she just said she would make a note didn't try to offer a discount or anything. I was not told there are people who live here weeks at a time with pitbull dogs roaming the hallways. This was the worst stay I have ever experienced. I will not stay or recommend anyone to stay here.

Review 36：Institutional setting, bathroom was laid out weird, made reservation for three adults, room had ONE shampoo packet and TWO very small bath towels, no hand towels, one washcloth. Bed was very uncomfortable. Would NOT recommend anyone staying here.

Review 37：On my third night of stay my keys did not work so we went to the office and were told that we were not registered after already being there for two nights. The new key only worked one more time after we received it. It would have been nice to have a coffee out in the room
