Review 1：Unclean bathroom with bugs lying on the floor. Unclean carpet, horrible bed. Paid over 300 bucks for a single night stay due to a last minute booking.

Review 3：In all of our world travels....this has to be one of the worst hotel stays we have ever had. The staff seemed unprepared, the hotel and systems outdated. The pool was obviously not working, dirty and with broken tiles, unlike the picture in the ad.The rooms were also filthy and we expect they would not pass any hotel or city inspection. It is our opinion that it should actually be closed down. The sheets, bedding and towels ware old and stained. Walls and rugs were also stained, unpainted and damaged (holes!).The curtains were yellowed and torn. Light fixtures were not clean and some didn't work. The TV remote was dead, the telephone caked with dirt as was the air conditioner . We barely used the bathroom as we were unsure of cleanliness. The yard was littered, broken glass and a couple of boxes of beer bottles were in front of the door to our room ...never got cleaned up. We had gotten a deal on this room for 3 nights and prepaid. However the price was higher than several of the close chains that were full. As there were NO rooms anywhere in the area and it was late, we stayed in the room lying on top of the covers wearing our-clothes. Needless to say, we barely slept and heard noise and voices around our door all night. It was a hotel nightmare and we checked out early the next morning, losing part of our payment. At this point all we wanted was to get out ASAP. Oh and yes...the continental breakfast was very weak coffee in a styrofoam cup with cut up cookies. We understood this was a 2 star place and the pictures were encouraging. I would not want anyone to have to go this experience, and want to be sure that our experience is made known.

Review 9：The pool was closed in September and still hot outside. The room wasn't exactly what I expected for the price, I paid $149.00 a night and had I known what I know now I wouldn't have stayed there.

Review 17：I felt that staff was not friendly at all. Additionally, I was running late and was trying to gather my things when the housekeeping knocked on the door promptly at 11:00am. I told her I needed a few minutes, and she still opened the door attempting to enter. I yelled back and told her I'm running late and just needed a few more minutes. She still insisted on telling me the check out time was 11:00am. I've traveled many places and never had any place be so rude and insistant after asking for a few minutes. No one I spoke to at the hotel was friendly, except the night attendant. I would not stay again, especially for the price.
Review 18：I stayed in a room in New York City for the same price and the room wasway better! Oldest tv I`ve ever seen. If your gonna charge $190. pernight invest in some new TVs! Its Silicon Valley...HELLOOO!

Review 20：The first thing you see as you walk in is a sign saying no refunds. We booked two nights but stayed one, as we simply couldn't take the stained sheets and towels, the torn blankets, the old carpets, the TV that didn't work, the 20 year old pillows which smelled like everyone who ever slept on them. The bathroom is small and dingy. The coffee maker did not work. I didn't think something like this existed in the US and for this price. For breakfast they had a pot of coffee and muffins cut into pieces. There is a sign on the wall at the top of the staircase saying the premises contain substances known to the State of California to cause malformations or death, and when we were there a notice on the pool from the health dept and the pool was closed. Not surprising. The staff is not nice, but then again I'm sure they're used to the complaints and just don't care. The property used to be a Travelodge and I believe the current owners are just extracting all the value they can from the property before it is condemned, so they are investing nothing in maintenance.

Review 22：This hotel is a dive although it was promoted as being 3stars. There were 2 of us traveling for business and one of the beds had pillow cases that were dirty which we had to call the front desk and get new ones. The rooms are very old decor and the bathroom was not fully cleaned. If I had known that the Days Inn was next door before I booked this hotel we would have stayed there instead.

Review 24：Two things that I think are related. First, I bring V8 juices with me to take vitamins and meds with. First day there, I assume it was the housekeeper drank one. I left a note and called her on it. No reply. Got to my last night, and she didn't clean my room that day. Front desk came up and straitened up. I will explain this later today as I will be there this week also.

Review 30：The staff was training new people and they used me as the training prop. Their focus was on the new employee and not really concerned about providing service to me. When I checked out I was loading the car and the manager pulled into the lot and was impatient because she could not pull into the parking slot next to me due to my car door being open. It was really awkward. Then I went into the office at 7:50 to check out and they advertise breakfast is until 8am it was all put away when I asked about that the manager was truly annoyed and said she would get it out for me. I simply said do not thanks!

Review 32：Again lamps cracked, a/c not working, curry smelly room, box spring sqeaky, chair lining hanging, shower has mold, towels hard as a rock, boot om line slept in my car, bought a wash cloth from Walgreens and bleach to clean. I wish I could receive at least half of my money back for the horrible experience!!!
Review 33：I arrived to a hotel of which the Lobby smelled like Curry, I thought the room would not smell like it also, of course it did, a/c didn't work well, bed springs squeaky, mold in the shower, cracked lamp covers, lining from chair hanging, rep from booking asked if I could leave my room and not be charged they replied no!, horrible experience.

The wifi was horrible, couldn't even use it cause it was so slow. The tv hardly worked and you can't change channels with the remote.

Review 70：I t is the worst hotel I and my family have stayed yet, the staff was sleeping when we reached the hotel and it took us half an hour just to get at the reception ,the receptionist was clearly came out of the bed .The comforters & pillows were filthy and smelly ,we have have to get our own comforters and pillows from our van ,right in the middle of the night the air conditioner stops .Overall hotel was even lower than the poor ,we regret that we even went there.
Review 71：They over charged the hotel fee. When I challenge the fee and request invoice. The staffs said they can't print invoice only by email. Compared to others hotel, they aren't cheaper.
