Review 1：Easy check-in and nice rooms! I noticed the pictures were outdated as my room had many new things in it. Room was clean and comfortable. I did not try the breakfast but it did smell great in the lobby

Review 2：Very friendly staff and nice rooms! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everyone was including the housekeeping staff. For the price I felt it was unbeatable! I will be back in a few weeks and will stay again.

Review 3：The noise level because they had a party is unacceptable. Should have been told it was an event going on..There were people walking up and down the halls screaming and cursing all the way up until 4am..Not sure I will stay again..

Review 7：Old, worn place. Room smelled of old tobaco and there was hardly any furniture in the room. Even if everything is old and worn it could at least be kept clean, but not in this place.

Review 20：The mattresses were 15 years old! The carpet was filthy. The "Bar & Grill" attached to the hotel was not open. It was used for the "free full breakfast" they advertise, however it was more of a continental breakfast. The only hot food they served was rock hard biscuits & gravy. It also appeared as though people lived there. Not at all worth the outrageous price.

Review 21：The air conditioner worked good and the bathroom was surprisingly nice.

Review 22：Water never got hot during bath or shower. Carpets were damp. Checkin was delayed by 31/2 hours. Supposed to be able to checkin at 3:00. We did not get our room until 6:30.

Review 26：the room, the bed was bowed in the middle the pillows were like couch cushions not pillows which gave me a bad neck and bad nights rest for both me and my wife, and the room should of come with a Bible like most places as a Minister i found that to be offensive.

Review 40：We were on the 3rd floor and the carpet felt hard and crunchy like it had been flooded at one time, very unclean feeling and smell. The lower level with the workout facility was horrible. The mildew and mold smell was so strong we couldn't stand to work out. Also, the work out machines were broken and a danger to work with. The pool was a disappointment. Pictures on website need to be updated to show the rooms are not the quality they once were.

Review 41：Breakfast bar was good every morning and staff was helpful and friendly at the front desk. We were moved to the 4th floor where we could no longer smell the odor of mold/mildew/urine. The carpet seemed to be in better shape.

Review 42：Bathroom didn't have shampoo or soap but front staff quickly gave us some. Used soap was still in the tub and bathroom mirror had water spots all on it.

No what or how would I ever return to this hotel. Cant understand how they stay in business, amd I travel often staying at hotels 4 or more nights a month never have I had bites on my body.

Review 51：It appeared this had been a very upscale hotel in it's day. However, it was very warm in the hallways and the elevator wasn't clean. Our room had furniture that should have been tossed...the entertainment center had what looked like water damage. The bedding appeared to be clean, so we went ahead and stayed. The noise was bad...loud, rowdy people. I wouldn't stay here alone or recommend it to my daughters.

Review 53：There were many basketball teams staying at the hotel and they were VERY LOUD....very late into the evening...passed midnight. I have to wake up at 4:00 am and I got very little sleep. When I informed the hotel staff, all they could say was "I'm sorry". They did nothing to shut these kids up. At least they could have comped my room. I will NEVER USE QUALITY INN AGAIN!!!

Review 55：There is a bar adjacent to the lobby and the smell of cigarette smoke was obvious throughout the lobby and down the first floor hall. While it was not evident in the room, I would not recommend this place for someone allergic to smoke.

Review 60：First of all,I was very unhappy about the front entrance to the hotel isvery untidy. Secondly, this is the second hotel I can remember thatwhere upon entering the room My wife and I went into temporay shock atthe same time over the untideness of the room. The floor is an oily-dirty grimy stain also the chairs ,and the cabinetry chipped. The hotelhas a bad odor overall, the elevators seems to be in need of servie,groaning sounds, area untidy. IThere is a need serious immediateattention. Everyone in my group was very dissatisfied. I requested a newroom, which was not much different, there is water stain in the celingas it is evident the roof is leaking (Thank God it did not rain thatweekend!). My wife and I had to keep our shoes on whenever we walk onthe dirty floor. I tried not to leave in search of another hotel becausethe conference was being held there, and we were very exhausted afterdriving a four hour trip directly after getting off from work. I am aChoice Hotel member. I am very annoyed!!! That hotel needs to be closedimmediately, and do not re-open until better management is in place.

Review 61：The Front parking lot (newly finished). The breakfast was great,although I had second thought about consuming it, as I was wonderingwhat the kitchen is like where the food was prepared due to theuncleanliness of the hotel overall. Also, the bed linens appeared clean,also the bathroom, definitely those to items played a big role in my notleaving that place.

Review 62：Housekeeping left at 5 and the front desk did not have access tonecessities such as pillows or washcloths it an ashtray in a smokingroom which I paid extra for. The next day housekeeping did not replaceanything they took or that we used, like cups and towels. Too bad we gotback to our room after five. The office chair in the room was so filthythat we set it outside. Not just dirty, it wasn't even worn or old.It was gross and disgustingly filthy.

Review 71：When we came back on Saturday night we had 2 rooms and 1 of the non-smoking rooms reeked of smoke but the staff was great and moved us toanother room, but them when my mother-in-law sat down on the toilet theseat only had one bolt and it slipped around and dumped her on the floorand at the age of 91 it was not a nice experience. This is something thecleaning staff should have found out if they cleaned the bathroom andshould have notified maintance. Someone on the staff could have caused aserious injury. Thank god it didn't, but this could have and shouldhave been avoided.

Review 72：We stayed 2 nights, a Thursday and Saturday night, and we had to rooms.The first night everything was pretty nice and the staff was friendlyand helpful and the breakfast was very good.

Review 74：I booked a regular king room (which was on my booking confirmation I printed) and was given a handicap accessible room with a queen bed. The non-smoking floor we were on smelled like musty cigarette smoke. Both nights we were there were terrible. The first night, I called the front desk to complain about a high school boys sports team that was there running up and down the halls, slamming doors until about 1 am and nothing was done. There was still noise and banging and loud yelling, etc. The front desk woman even told me "yes, i've had to call the coach of this team twice because other guests have also complained." But nothing was done to stop the noise. The next night, there was a biker gang staying on the same floor as us and they were out in the halls well past midnight talking loudly, yelling down the halls, making noise, cussing, etc. Our a/c unit in the room was loud and noisy the entire time it was on. It kept making a vibrating noise. And our mini fridge would make a loud popping noise every 30 minutes. The parking lot is also not easily accessible from the main road either. It was a TERRIBLE stay. I'll never stay there again.

Review 75：1 - did not get the type of room I reserved from Bookings.com. I wanted to queen beds, but the person who checked us in stated note were available plus they couldn't guarantee room-type from Bookings.com. So, why did my reservation state that I was reserving that type of room??? 2 - OMG. Whatever type of "convention" was going on on Saturday night was awful. Loud bass until 2:00 a.m. then....all of the drunk people out in the hallways, especially outside our room. That sucked!!

Review 77：Worn and dirty common areas. The room was better. The coffee was the worst hotel in-room coffee I've ever had, I'm sorry to say. When I checked in, the staff were having a public disagreement -- not professional.

Review 79：Everything was wrong about the not so "Quality Inn". The location isin a dangerous part of town. Staff is rude and uncatering. When wearrived our reservation made through Booking was not even registed intheir system! The woman at the front refused to give us a ground floorroom, inspite I told her my mother suffering a spine injure."Cleaning" staff didn't do our room for days, first because theyconveniently thought we only requested towels (I had asked for cleantowels to take a shower in the morning, and had to wait ages as alltowels in the hotel hadnt been washed!) And as they were end up makingthe beds at 6 pm, the following day "cleaners" were gone earlier by 1pm, to avoid making the room that afternoon. Drinking waters wasfilthy with dirt and they take the coffee making facilities withoutnotice. You have to keep an eye on the "cleaners" schedules to getyour room done. They kept putting the same dirty sheets over and overevery day. Avoid staying at this dump by all means!!

Review 81：the pool could have been nice but the water was not clear and there were lots of bits floating around in it,including a band aid! also the walk out to the pool was littered with cig butts.would not recommend this hotel,there were some strange people in the hotel and did not feel all that safe.

Staff was niceenough to offer to call us when a room was ready...hours later we wentback to check why they never called and it was due to theirincompetence. We checked in and went straight to bed as late and tiredas we were. The next morning we discovered there were no towels, handtowels, washcloths, nothing to clean up with. We called the front deskand were told we had to wait two hours for housekeeping to arrive andbring us some. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told shewouldn't be in for an hour and a half. She was very rude and hung up onus when we explained we had an appointment and couldn't wait. When westopped at the front desk on the way out she refused to talk to us.
