Review 1：Poor mgt. followup. We were in #102 and a powerful outside light shown through our window all night, thus....very poor sleep! We reported our complaints to the desk, but have not received any mgt. followup as yet (8 days later)! We would receive a refund, if handled properly. Also, vastly overpriced!

Review 2：Breakfast was of good quality but diversity poor and also there was always missing stuff on the hot plates no matter when I came (sometimes egg, sometimes bacon) and it took about 5-10 minutes to refill Overpriced

Review 29：Property location easy on-easy off freeway. lots of parking. rooms clean, but a little small. VERY QUIET. recommend getting room away from Montague Parkway (backside of bldg. Lots of restaurants nearby. Evening and day staff very helpful. Breakfast better than most. Need to maintain thermostat and get some fluffier towels. All in all, a most satisfactory overnight stay. Review 30：The room was a bit small and would get too warm easily and the airdidn't seem to work right, but the window was able to be opened. Thetoilet paper and tissue was on the rough side. My room had an adjoiningroom door which made my neighbors easier to hear. It wasn't horriblebut my second night was better with that other room vacant. The trafficon Montague is a bit noisy but not awful. Not really much bad to say,but I wish they had one in the south san jose area.

Review 31：For a bit more than the typical budget hotel, Quality Inn isexceptionally higher on the scale in terms of value. The room wasspotless, carpet was clean, bed was comfy, furniture was handsome andincluded nice desk, curtains had a white liner, mini fridge and microlooked new, Bible in nightstand, nice lobby & breakfast areadownstairs, and the hallways and elevator were very nice. Friendlystaff, convenient parking, convenient to 880, large flatscreen, theyoffer many items if you forgot something such as toothpaste, big fruitbowl in lobby, and they left my room alone when I put the do notdisturb sign out (this is a big plus for me; other places actually goin despite the sign as if it doesn’t apply to the maids, but I hateanyone touching my stuff)
