Review 1：but when we checking have problem the manager just out for dinner. She was so mean on the phone even said she won't come back in one and half hour

Review 3：we liked it a lot but the unit could of been cleaner, there was food on floors from previous people and in couch cushions, we vacuumed it out no worries but we had 2 small boys and we always check under furniture and cushions. also kitchen floor had food on floors and some left in sink

Review 6：This is a great location right outside of North Conway. You don't fight traffic, yet only a few minutes from the center. Front desk very informative and pleasant. Townhouse was clean, pool was heated and clean. Will definitely return!

Review 12：A great space for a large group or family. Having a kitchen is always a plus so you are not always eating out. Close to major attractions and great hiking. Pool and game room was great on a rainy day.

Review 21：Very dated, had a terrible ant problem in the kitchen, listened traffic driving by all night, didn't like that couldn't load dishwasher and run it but ALL dishes had to be put away, no time for this before checkout , strip the beds , empty trash carry towels felt like we were the maid service

Review 31：One problem was the Wi-fi. The service was in and out. Also, only one AC in the master room. We managed, but the 3rd floor really heats up with the skylights. Fortunately there are a bunch of fans and it does cool down significantly at night. Lastly, a little dated as far as wallpapers and pictures, but that really doesn't matter. I'd trade cleanliness over that any day, and they had it. Regardless, these things did not impact our stay. We will definitely be back.

Review 32：We were very happy with the space. We were there with 3 kids, 15,6, and 2, so we needed it! The condo unit had everything you could possibly need or forgot to bring. Front office staff was great-friendly and very helpful. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Really happy we picked this place.

Review 33：Not exactly as advertised, the second bedroom is open to the loft, not so great with kids. We were told there was a 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed, this was actually a loft with a fold down futon. The only A/C is one unit in the master bedroom, this leaves the other bedrooms and main floor uncomfortable in the summer.

Review 74：The unit was very dirty, plus it had roaches. There was a ceiling leak that the staff didn't know about. No one checked the unit prior to our arrival or they would have seen pieces of the ceiling had landed on the floor. The carpet was stained and there was a hole in the bathroom wall. The plates were dirty and the wash strain was moldy. The third bedroom had a Fulton and not a bed. Very uncomfortable.

Advertises 3 bedroom. only 1 is private 2nd bedroom their is a loft opened which is considered 3rd bedroom.. only a full bed in master and it used to be at least a Queen. Probably wont use this resort again.

Review 87：The unit was not clean, (dirty carpets and hadn't been dusted in a very long time, and smelled of mold). It is obvious that there has been water damage (several marks on the ceilings) which is causing the mold. Also, after 10 minutes in the condo, we had a fire in the downstairs bathroom, caused by a heat lamp in the ceiling (probably a combination of dust and old wiring). Luckily we were there when this happened and were able to put it out. When we called the front desk, they sent someone immediately. It is a shame because these units could be beautiful, but need to be updated i.e. paint, remove the dirty carpets, fix mold problems, and re-do the bathrooms.
